Panchos vegetarianos! Si tus hijas vegetarianas quieren panchos la madre les hace panchos. Recetas hay muchas en Internet, pero nunca las copio tal cual. Esta receta es más que fácil además de ser muuuy saludables (no como las procesadas que son una porquería). Prueben hacerla para los niños a ver si pasan la prueba, su textura y color son casi idénticos y el sabor depende de los condimentos que usen y consigan. Receta 1 taza de arroz cocido 2 remolachas hervidas ( pero también puede ir cruda) 1 taza y algo más de harina de gluten ( se consigue fácil en tiendas de productos daludables) 1 huevo (si es vegano no va) Condimentos a gusto yo use sal, páprica, pimienta y provenzal Procedimiento Se coloca todo en licuadora o minipimer hasta lograr una masa pegajosa. Se colocan porciones de masa en papel film hasta dar la forma y envolver como caramelos (foto). Hervir por 20 a 25 min. Sacar luego el film (obviamente) y dorar en sartén con aceite de oliva. 𝘉𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘮𝘺 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘣-𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵 🥖🍞 Experimented today and found this recipe that uses only 4 whole ingredients and are so crispy and crunch and satisfying and I ate them all “LAY OFF ME I’M STARVING” •tbsp chia seeds •1/4 cup water •1 cup almond flour •1 tbsp olive oil •I added nutritional yeast, cumin, paprika but you can add whatever you’d like (i might try them with cinnamon and coconut or rosemary next time) DIRECTIONS: combine chia/water together and mix and set aside until it’s chia gel (abt 10 mins i TOLD you guys it’s a thing) then mix all other ingredients. 🍪Lil Buff Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich🍦 - After seeing @lilbuffprotein story post about making ice cream sandwiches with their cookie recipe I was all over it!🙌🏼 - I made the cookies using their Fit Fetti cake mix and added in some sprinkles and used my new @skinnymixes Birthday Cake syrup! It was fricken amazing!😍 - Ingredients: 🔸1 Package of Lil Buff Fit Fetti cake mix 🔸4 Tbsp of Unsweetened Cashew Milk 🔸2 Tbsp of Jordan’s Skinny syrup (or use more cashew milk) 🔸16g Sugar Free Fat Free Vanilla Pudding Mix 🔸4g Sprinkles - Directions: 🔹Mix pudding mix and milk until thick and pudding like consistency 🔹Stir in 1 dry packet of Lil Buff Protein Cake Mix 🔹Make 6 even spoonfuls of batter onto a greased pan and bake at 350F for 13-15 mins. 🔹Let cool or store in the refrigerator. To make it, I used: 1)Soft pretzel bun from @wholefoods 2)Extra firm tofu 3)@followyourheart mozzarella shreds 4)Seasoning from @badreichenhaller (this is my favorite one from Germany, any basic seasoning will work but be careful because many contain milk) 5)Avocado 6)Tomato 7)Homegrown basil Some tips to make tofu: •Press the water out of the tofu by putting a paper towel on the block and placing something heave on it (not too heavy otherwise the tofu will crumble) •Use seasoning if it does not come pre-flavored because tofu itself has little to no flavor •I try to use as little oil as possible (usually olive oil) so that it just crisps the outside and doesn’t soak into the tofu too much

Feeling good even in a splint. I hurt my wrist lifting weights earlier this week😐 normally I’d use that as an excuse to not go to the gym but I still went every day this week.
