Cooling down on a #thirstythursday with this red, white and Blue Majik smoothie! 🎈 The red layer is from a Chocolate Raspberry Truth Bar made with real raspberry puree. 🍫😍 Have you tried Truth Bars in your smoothies? Its a great way to add something sweet but low sugar while also adding fiber, probiotics and prebiotics! 🍫🍫

I was so tempted to buy premade cauliflower dough but I’m so glad I ended up making my own! It is SO easy! 1 package of organic @sprouts riced cauliflower, 1/2 cup Parmesan, 1/2 teaspoon of oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 egg. I left the frozen package out till it thawed out enough that I could pour it into a paper towel and ring out the excess water. (This cuts down the time you have to rice the cauliflower yourself. Less dishes! 🤷🏽‍♀️) I poured the package into a medium heat pan, added oregano, garlic and Parmesan. Stirred together till cheese softened but wasn’t too hot to start browning the cauliflower. Took it off the stove and stirred in the egg. Poured mixture on parchment paper and made a 10” pizza. Baked at 400 for 20 minutes. Took out added pesto, chopped basil, grilled chicken and mozzarella. Put back in the oven for 10-12 minutes until it started to bubble. Made enough for Cam and I to split the pizza and she loved it!

Q + A: “What are your go-to snacks and meals? What do you grab to eat when you’re in a hurry?” I’ve gotten this question from a few of you sweet peeps recently🍓to be honest, I’m not a huge “cook,” pretty much all of my meals are super simple and require 10 mins of time to prep: roast selected veggies and protein in the oven at 400 degrees for around 25-30 minutes (usually I take out wild-caught fish after about 12 minutes) and then throw them over arugula, mixed greens or kale🥗; maybe toss on a little organic hummus or homemade pesto with some herbs and fresh fruit and call it LUNCH (or dinner...or whatever)🥕🥦🍇when I need a snack - which is about twice a day because I don’t eat too much protein - I’ll eat a bell pepper like an 🍏, grab a handful of mixed nuts and seeds, have some frozen 🍇(obsessed w/ this lately), or snack on my favorite dark chocolate at the time.
