Tried something new but used all the sauce for one portion when really it’s for two lol . Creamy chicken courgetti Serves 2 3sp per portion Ingredients 2 courgettes made into courgetti Garlic Salt Black Pepper 1tsp flora light (1sp) 1 tablespoon plain white flour (2sp) 1/4 pint semi skimmed milk (3sp) Peas about half a cup 1 large chicken breast 1 white onion Fry light Method In one pan use the fry light to fry off the finely diced onion and frozen peas until onions are softened. The add thinly cut chicken pieces and garlic and cook until chicken is done then add the courgetti and season with salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes on a low-medium heat. In another pan make the sauce with the butter and flour then add the milk and season and whisk until sauce is thick then pour over the chicken courgetti mix and serve. What should you do when you only have 30 minutes in the gym? I personally opt for do HIIT (high-intensity interval training). For my warmup, I’ll do jumping jacks, squats, high knees, lunges and burpees. I will also do some rowing. Total warmup time is 8 minutes. ▫️ Then, I’ll do moves that involve multiple muscle groups such as squat to press, pushups, lunge to row, deadlifts, triceps dips, planks and step ups. In between these moves, I’ll do high knees, burpees or row to increase my heart rate and achieve an escalated calorie burn. ▫️ For my cool down, I will walk on the treadmill for about 5 minutes and stretch after. ▫️ I recommend wearing a heart rate monitor for workouts like this to see how hard you’re working and ensure you stay within your target heart rate zone. ▫️ Why it Works: HIIT workouts have been the craze for about several years now, as they yield the best results. The goal is to burn the most amount of fat in a short amount of time. Give your body resistance and that time under tension will cause it to change. You’ll get to your fitness goal much sooner! ▫️ If you are feeling lost in your workouts, schedule an appointment to come to the studio to train with me this week!

There are a lot of ways to increase your mass but it can be difficult starting out and trying to figure out how to be in a caloric surplus to keep weight on. All in all, when it comes to gaining mass, it’s calories in versus calories out. You need to be eating in a surplus so your body can make good use of those calories. If you’re burning more calories than you’re eating, your body won’t have anything to build off of. Everyone has a certain body type but there’s one body type where it’s harder to keep weight on consistently, but not impossible... and it’s called “ectomorph”. This body type is typically slim and slender, they can eat any and everything and will have difficulty keeping weight on. I didn't do it all perfectly, but life isn't about perfect anyway so #whocares The whole workout, I was trying to think of how to word how I was feeling to inspire you, but at the end of the work out, my trainer said everything I was thinking better than I ever could. So here it is, straight from @autumncalabrese herself: "This is not the end of the journey. You are just getting started whether you have been doing this for 21 days, 42 days, round 17, round 100 - it doesn't matter. Health and fitness is a journey and it doesn't all happen right here. You cannot out train a bad diet. You have got to stick with your nutrition, use your containers, follow the meal plan, enjoy your treats - right, nobody's taking them away from you, use your recipes. Let it all be a part of the process, learn what you like, try new things, experience it all. It's all gonna help you grow and be a better version of you." With that being said, you can join me tomorrow (or anytime) and either do the program I just completed, or the one I'll be starting is a mix of 20 minute hiit work outs and 30-40 min strength training, so it will be the perfect combination of fat blasting and muscle toning. Und zwar liegt es unter anderem an einem Vitamin-D-Mangel im Körper. VitaminD wird unter Einfluss von Sonnenlicht in der Haut gebildet und hat viele wichtige Funktionen für unseren Körper. Hier ein paar der wichtigsten: 1️⃣Es ist wichtig für die Resorption von Calcium und Phosphat, ist also für unseren Knochenaufbau von großer Bedeutung! Ein Vitamin-D-Mangel kann bei Kindern zu Rachitis (Störung des Knochenstoffwechsels mit Demineralisierung der Knochen) führen. Diese manifestiert sich häufig durch Verkrümmung der Wirbelsäule und vermehrte Kariesbildung. Beim Erwachsenen zeigt sich ein Vit-D-Mangel, indem es zu einer Knochenerweichung kommt. 2️⃣VitD ist wichtig für die Muskulatur, da es bei der Erneuerung von Muskelgewebe eine Rolle spielt. 3️⃣Das Sonnenvitamin ist auch notwendig für die Bildung von Schilddrüsenhormonen und Parathormon (wichtig im Calcium-Haushalt), sowie für die Differenzierung von Immunzellen! I make this by taking a toothpick and dipping the blueberries into the yoghurt( if you’re lazy and don’t care for appearance you can pour blueberries in bowl of yoghurt and mix until all of them are well covered). I then line a tray with baking paper and spread the blueberries on it evenly. Place in the freezer and allow to set! .
