Meal prep ideas 💙 Eating well and staying on track with your goals can sometimes feel super easy but on other days you can lack the motivation to prepare and cook each of your meals. That's why meal prep can be so helpful. We swear by it and so here is some ideas to prep ahead maybe on a Sunday so you have some healthy speedy or on the go breakfasts and snacks for the week. Raw veggies - chop up a load of carrot, mixed peppers, cucumber and celery to have with hummus or tzatziki. They store well for 2/3 days in an airtight container. Chia Jam - super easy and low sugar jam. Heat fresh or frozen berries on low in a saucepan, when berries are broken down stir in some chia seeds and voila. You can add flavours too like vanilla essence or orange zest. The jam stores for a few days in the fridge and tastes great on toast or in porridge. Pancakes - yes you can meal prep pancakes. There are tons of recipes online that work great! Cabbage - both red and green are super tasty, chop finely and put into jars. Can add raw to salads, make into coleslaw or tip into a pan to boil as a healthy addition to dinners. Fruit Salad - chop up your favourite fruits (not bananas or apples as they go brown) and store in the fridge to eat when peckish or to add on top of yogurt or porridge for breakfast. Muffins - make a batch of muffins for a speedy on the go breakfast that's way healthier than a shop brought alternative. We have a recipe for ost and blueberry muffins on our website. Link in bio! Lentils - high protein, and great added to salads or eaten with main meals in the evening. Cook up a batch and store in the fridge. They are short, sweet and to the point whilst challenging yourself to push through 10-20 minutes of intense overload. It's the first day of the Tone it Up Summer Series! I've attempted the bikini series in previous years but dropped off after a couple weeks. I'm going to try it again this year but a little less strictly with the hope of finishing the series. I'll be doing my own strength training workouts M, W, F and doing a HIIT class T, Th. 🌿Makeover Monday 🌿 Before: 11/2017 • After: 4/2019 Shortly after the first photo was taken, I found a new love, and its name was @high.fitness. I have never looked back. Never loved a workout this much. I couldn’t get enough, always craved the next HIGH, like the name implies. I’d track it down before the sun came up, drive 40 minutes one way to get there, I didn’t care. I LOVED how I felt during and after the class. I’ve been on this high for a year and a half now, and I’m still just as obsessed. The emotional and mental changes have been just as immense as the physical. I learned that I CAN do group fitness. I can go to a class alone. I can make new friends! I can become stronger. I can push myself past my mental blocks and emotional limitations. I can do one more burpee. I can do one more squat. I can find new passions. It’s not so scary outside my comfort zone. I can gain muscle I’ve never had and lose unwanted baby weight. I can let loose and give other people’s opinions of my athletic ability, dance moves or strength the middle finger! • • I start teaching HIGH fitness next Monday, April 29th. One week! I cannot wait! If you desire any of these things for yourself, come give it a try. Find a class near you! As @fitmamametta says, it’s THE most fun you’ll ever have wanting to throw up. And what’s weird is you actually want to come back to this bizarrely amazing combination of puking and fun over and over again 😂 You’ll start craving that feeling daily, and feeling antsy if you don’t get it. Like I said, it’s called HIGH for a reason people, and it’s no joke 😂 The entire month of May is free, DM me for the address!

This oblique workout had me sore for 3 days! In order to create that curvy shape and avoid looking like a box it’s better to do bodyweight for obliques to trim your waist down. Try this workout this week. 15-20 reps of each 3-4 rounds! I did stair sprints in between each round as an active rest. The more you move and lest you rest the more you burn let’s goooo 😤
