Dare to try??? - 🔥3 Combos Swing (Squat, Russian and American) Slide 1 🔥Figure 8 with Goblet Squat Slide 2 🔥3Feet Position KB Deadlift Slide 3 🔥Single Leg Jump Over KB with Deadlift Slide 4 🔥Seesaw Lunges with KB Rack R Side Slide 5 🔥Seesaw Lunges with KB Rack L Side Slide 5 🔥Alt Front Rack Pistols Slide 6 - 8-12 reps each exercise and each side, repeat 3-4 rounds 😘😘😘 I was using 10kg KB but pls just use any weight that suit you best and you still get the quality reps! Had to take a picture of him playing with mama’s weights yesterday 😍. I’m SOOO sore today. Like beyond sore. Apparently yesterday’s arms did the trick 😅. Especially combined with carrying stones and shoveling gravel in the afternoon. Today it’s only a LISS for me workout wise but otherwise it’s a busy busy day (which I’d rather sleep away).
