Monday, Wednesday and Friday we meet and weight train together. We could easily be sitting down having coffee and snacks...but instead? ❌🍰 We all finished off doing dropsets with shoulder flies. These mornings I look forward to seeing these two...and today with all of us standing over the dumbbell rack? I could not have been more prouder of them both for being there. Getting a hump day workout up for you tonight in case you want it for tomorrow! Is it just me or does it feel like it should be Thursday instead of Tuesday?! Today was only the second day of Adam and I’s two a day training and our bodies are definitely going to need to get used to it - I can just feel that my muscles are more tired! We can be such babies πŸ˜‚ But, back to hump dayyy - we modified a musclepharm workout for this day! These are simple lower body lifts but give ya a mean burn πŸ”₯ these are filmed on the last set (so 20 rep sets) so my weight is a little lighter to ensure I can make it through 20 reps! Take no more than a minute rest between sets.
