SHRED YA LEGZ with this dumbbell ๐Ÿ‘nly leg workout โฌ‡๏ธโฌ‡๏ธ - I completed each superset 3x through, 20 reps for errrrthing, hence the shred cause this one BURNS! Perform each exercise back to back with NO REST in between. Rest 30 sec. after each set ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ โœ–๏ธSuperset 1: - Front Loaded Squats - RDLs - Calf Raises - โœ–๏ธSuperset 2: - Alt. Lateral Lunge (20 reps ea.) - Squat Pluses (slow and controlled, feeeel the burn) - Hip Thrusts - โœ–๏ธSuperset 3: - Goblet Sumo Squats - Reverse Lunges (R) - Reverse Lunges (L) - Those lunges at the end are what really did it for me ๐Ÿ˜ฉ But as tired as I was by the end I LOVED it! ๐Ÿ’ฅGLUTE WORKOUT๐Ÿ’ฅ . Follow @roballenfitness for more fitness/nutrition info ๐Ÿ™‚ . Tag someone who wants to build a bigger butt ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ . Hereโ€™s a little workout thatโ€™s focused almost entirely around your glutes. Ideally I would suggest to make this a โ€œleg dayโ€ or add in other muscle groups but I know how much everyone wants to grow their glutes. Youโ€™ve gotta hit them hard and a few times a week ๐Ÿ˜Ž . You should do some light cardio for 3-5 mins to get warmed up and then stretch out your hip flexors to be able to maximally extend the hips (search for couch stretch) - after that you want to get your glutes ACTIVATED so that you can โ€œfeelโ€ them contract . Next step is to BUILD them. This is in the 10-12 rep range and you go as heavy as you can while keeping great form ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ . The FINISH portion can be put as a little Cardio finisher on any day. Itโ€™s just 3 glute focused movements that you can do quickly, without using much weight and the goal is to get your heart rate up . Wednesdayโ€™s workout was great. Increased weights and got done in less time. Then after @adaptperformanceandrehab held a seminar on how to eliminate sciatica and back pain for good. Mike came to the seminar as well. Itโ€™s all about correcting posture stronger core and retraining the brain. Fascinating stuff! Had bad back pain most of my life and in two weeks of going to this gym I have to admit that itโ€™s improving. now if I can get the sciatica under control. I get asked about my shoulders frequently and what exercises I do to grow them . ->Hereโ€™s a 30 minute Shoulder workout ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ FEEL THE BURN ๐Ÿ”ฅ . *I completed this workout in 30 minutes with a 5 minute stretching session at the beginning. *I super set the first two exercises and the 3rd and 4th exercise, I super set the last exercise with some standing weighted side crunches ๐Ÿ’ฅ *3 sets of 10-15 reps each (reps depend on weight). **I kept the weight light for the videos only because I was making funny faces with the bigger weights...
