Neuroplasticity through movement. These beautiful microscopic connections between neurons are what allow our brains to perform such incredible & complex function. Focussed attention & complex movement can drive synaptogenesis at a rate of upto 1.8 million new connections /sec. That’s approx. 108 million potential new connections /min! There are around 86 Billion neurons in the human brain & any 1 neuron can contact up to 10k postsynaptic cells. When you think about Neuroplasticity in terms of creating over 100 million new connections /min, the possibilities for changing movement and function are vast. If you look at dancers, martial artists, gymnasts & the way their nervous systems can: coordinate movement, spontaneously judge depth & distance, achieve balance when unstable, recruit a precise amount of force as required etc. You’d see close to the highest degree of overall neuromuscular function and neurologic control. It’s no coincidence that these disciplines all move in complex ways through huge ranges, with large amounts of force & are constantly learning new patterns! Sedentary lifestyles & moving only in habituated patterns are literally de-evolving humans at somewhere very close to the rate at which technological advancements make our lives easier. You can combat this by moving in novel complex ways, introducing play into your movement routines and just never being afraid to mix things up with something new in training! **If you do this well, you should be out of breath, losing concentration, sweating & generally experiencing fatigue in almost no time flat! # 16Jul18-20Jul18 # 每天五點不到就起床 我也是很佩服自己啦~ 起床刷牙洗臉保養化妝盤髮 花了一個小時15分 踩著7公分跟鞋走個10分鐘到公車站 下車再走10分鐘到公司 長高後的每個步伐都變得更艱難 走路本來就很慢的我 努力的追上大家腳步 又得注意不摔倒 (避免很累的方法就是讓我走第一個 大家一起慢慢走 哈哈哈) 到公司吃個早餐 直奔化妝室 拿出腮紅跟口紅 補妝補到可以上台唱歌仔戲的程度 頭髮定型液噴的好像不用錢一樣 風吹來一根也不能飄 戴上大大的微笑進教室準備開始一天的受訓 # 戴上代表20間航空公司的徽章和公司名牌真的蠻沉重的 走到哪都有好多雙眼睛盯著看 所以就開始重新學習微笑這件事 以前雖然愛笑 但還是不達標準 這幾天慢慢的提醒自己 要記得微笑和禮貌 笑到可以溫暖別人最好 # 感謝自己對這件事的熱愛 第一個禮拜過後還是熱情不減 (對 才第一個禮拜而已…) 雖然早起蠻累的 但每天聽到、看到窗外的飛機飛過 心情真的很好!!! 感覺離自己喜歡的事物更近了些! 接下來的每一天也要更進步才好~ # 唉… 當然還是要說一下 天天化妝真的變成一件很煩的事了 但為了要讓自己看起來得體還是得乖乖照做~ 哦還有 終於慢慢學會法式盤髮了 手殘的我還是有點長進的呢!😏 絕!對!不!剪!短!髮! 因為我是長髮控 哈哈哈 最後的最後 目前就是除了正事以外 其他都是看心情回訊息啦哈哈哈 請您諒解囉😊 #trainingweek #trainee #week1 #improvingeveryday
