#thetitanproject day 87 WHY I DONT TAKE COACHING CLIENTS! - The reason for this is very simple, I cannot give clients the 100% and 24hr attention they deserve!! I'm a firm believer that in all walks of life it's 100% or nothing wether that be in terms of diet, training or work! - I've been extremely preoccupied the past year or so with full time work that I simply cannot devote myself fully to the training of clients! It is a strong possibility that I will resume coaching and training soon with university starting in September and my days being a little shorter - It's that simple, I'd rather not provide any form of service than provide a half assed one !!! For a lot of you, you may be thinking that adding weights while doing muscleups can be detrimental to the joints & cause injury. However, it actually makes your joints (elbows & shoulders) stronger! As long as you do the regressions (dips, pushups & pullups) & are progressing each time you have nothing to worry about. Here I tried to aim for 10 reps (Weighted pullup to muscleup) but was only able to do 6 😫 - - If there is any particular video you want me to post, please comment below!👍🏻
