Let's taco bout how easy and delicious these are!🌮 Taco Tuesday it is and eat tacos you must!🌮 Not going to lie, but these tacos were delicious. Healthy tacos can be as delicious as the regular ones (kinda sorta 😅) They are SUPER easy to make and only takes less than 10 minutes! BTW it doesn't have to be Tuesday to make these because every day can be taco day 😉 No excuses! . Ingredients:🌮 Shedded chicken, mixed frozen veggies, small sliced apple bites, garbanzo beans. mustard, turmeric, black pepper, and olive oil mayo. Mix all these ingredients and then use washed lettuce icebergs as the "tortilla" and serve the mixture on top. 🌮 There you have it! Easy Peasy just for ya!🤗

✨🍥ROLLITOS DE CANELA AL ESTILO SONRISALUDABLE🍥✨ Tienen que hacer estos riquísimos rollitos!Es un claro ejemplo de como podemos reemplazar una receta tradicional muy poco saludable por una versión muy saludable que los llenará de energía y les permitirá disfrutar algo riquísimo. Me gustaría dejar claro que la palabra saludable no es sinónimo de bajo en calorías, de hecho, si se han dado cuenta, muchas de las recetas que preparo no son bajas en calorías, lo que no las hace poco saludables. Es importante y una de las cosas que a mi más me importa es la calidad de los ingredientes que utilizo y como cada uno de esos ingredientes nos aportarán diferentes beneficios a nuestro organismo.🤗 🔸Ingredientes:>1 Taza Avena >1 1/2 Taza Harina de trigo integral >3/4 Taza Leche vegetal o descremada >1/4 Taza Aceite de coco (liquido) >2 Cucharaditas Levadura seca >8 Cucharadas de panela >3 Cucharadas Canela >1 Cucharada Aceite de coco (liquido) >15 Gotitas Stevia @steviacoronel_oficial >Crema de coco o leche de coco espesa (Para decorar.) @freshlandia 🔸¿Cómo preparar estos riquísimos rollizos?🍥 1.Calentar la leche, no debe quedar muy caliente. Poner la leche caliente en un bowl grande y espolvorear la levadura. Dejar reposar 10 min. 2.Moler la avena, hasta que quede como harina. 3.Mezclar la avena con la harina de trigo, canela. Mezclar bien. 4.Luego de los 10 min agregar a la mezcla de leche y levadura, las harinas, aceite de coco liquido y las gotitas de stevia. 5.Pre calentar el horno. Mezclar bien hasta lograr una masita . 6.Espolvorear con harina una superficie limpia. Amasar y tantear la masa, hasta lograr un rectángulo, aproximadamente de 1 cm. 7.Mezclar la azúcar de coco y la canela. 8.Con la ayuda de un pincel o cuchara, esparcir el aceite de coco sobre la masa. 9.Espolvorear la mezcla de azúcar y canela. 10.Con cuidado ir armando el rollo, yo fui agregando un poco de aceite de coco y más de la mezcla de canela y azúcar cada vez que lo iba enrollando. 11.Cortar el rollo en 8 o 10 trozos, dependiendo del tamaño que lograron. 12.Poner cada rollito en un molde previamente aceitado. 13.Dejar reposar por 30 min dentro del horno, previamente pre calentado y APAGADO
