So this was me, stagnant and unable to lose weight for the last two years! But on January 16 I told myself if I wanted to be healthy I need to put in the work! From that day on I put down the doughnuts and picked up an air fryer! I pictured myself alive in the future taking care of my great grandkids! Good morning! 💜 Happy #weighinwednesday ! Not much of a loss this week and I’m not 100% sure why. I kept it really low carb this week, my total carbs were well under 20g every day. But for some reason I fluctuated a lot this week, my lowest was a pound less than I am now 🤷🏻‍♀️ but it’s okay I think I need to get back to basics and stick to meats, veggies, cheese. I tested my blood ketones this morning, (I LOVE my @ketomojo to check for that) and I measured 1.1mml/L so I know I’m in ketosis and I will continue to chug along this week! Morning or evening sessions for you? . Training late for me is the worst . I spend the whole day thinking of reasons not to do it . Then leave it way later than it needs to be to get it done . Starting at 5.30am makes before work sessions a struggle . The only bonus is I definitely run better and probably feel stronger late . Doing it before all the bullshit of the day gets in the way . & before your mind convinces you otherwise is definitely what I recommend though . 17/20 for Feb & 8 runs in the bank 👊🏽 . It may not have been an intense workout but when your schedule is a little different and you have a dog you adjust. After a bike ride at the gym and some core exercises I took my dog for a long walk which is not our normal morning routine. We normally go to the park and she runs chasing her ball for about 30 minutes and I do more gym working out. At the end of the day its about being active and eating right. Guys! You have no idea on how long I’ve being trying to fast for 36 hours! It was not easy! My body was okay but my mind was like food, food, food! I wasn’t physically hungry but my brain was telling me to go get some wings! And when I saw food on TV or Social media I would get hunger pains! So, I turned off my 📺 and put down my 📱 and just took my mind off food and finished working and then went right to sleep! I will break my fast at some point today. I usually eat between 3pm and 7pm, so I’m going to stay strong! But right now I feel so good, not hungry, nor sluggish but full of energy and I’m about to do my 30 minutes on my treadmill! Just a small snack for after dinner this evening ⁣😋 ⁣ It’s crazy how your mindset can change so quickly. I never would have thought I’d be able to eat 2 biscuits and be satisfied. But look at me now ⁣👀 ⁣ I haven’t really had to even fight off cravings. Before if I knew something was in the house- that would be it- it would be demolished as soon as I was bored or happy or sad or celebrating or any other emotion. Not now though. ⁣ 💪🏻 ⁣ I’ve only been really focused for the past 2 weeks (prior to that I was but circumstances eg sleeping in the car made things difficult). I often get asked, what did I do to get started? What was the "first" thing I did? Or what action made the biggest difference? What I did to get started is simple, I made the "big" decision to start P90X. BUT that wasn't where the change happened! The change happened in the daily decisions I made to keep going. Because making the decision to start is so easy, but making all the tiny decisions that keep you going is much harder. I got started by pressing play. But what kept me going was never losing sight of my dreams. ✨ I told myself over and over that I had zero options other than to be successful. And I made tiny decisions every day that reflected that belief in myself. And I dropped all excuses. Every single excuse as to why it wouldn't work was booted from my brain. And that space was given to positive thinking instead, like "what if it does work?" I dared to dream. ✨ And work hard ;) 🏋️‍♀️ Because I dared to dream I am now in the best shape of my life. I'm able to work from home which is a blessing with a special needs child, and I'm helping other women do exactly what I did and recreate my results. 💖 Where would I be today if I hadn't dreamed? Where would I be if I chose not to make those daily, positive choices? My challenge to you is to own your dreams. Own them fully and open your heart to positive change. Day 264: @nocalorienoodles in an avocado, basil pesto, olive oil and lemon juice sauce. I have to admit, I was not expecting these noodles to be THAT good. It actually felt sinful eating them. 😍😍😍 Keto koffy is life! One of the easiest ways to get yourself back on track if you have gone a bit too hard on the protein. A lot of those who are just starting out find it really hard to juggle the keto ratios while staying under a desired calorie count (personally I don’t believe in calories in vs calories out but still). I found out early on that the biggest issue tends to be too much protein which, in the absence of fats can cause too much Gluconeogenesis which can in turn kick you out of ketosis. Having a #ketokoffy will sort that right out because it’s almost pure fats!! You can use coconut oil, ghee, butter, double cream, MCT oil, basically anything you want. 久しぶりになってしまった。 . 最近、好きな鶏むね肉の食べ方。 . 出来るだけ薄くスライスして、耐熱性のボウルにどさっ。 ちょっと塩してなじませます。 . その間、ヤカンや鍋などでお湯を沸かす。 . 沸かしたお湯を鶏さん目掛けてジョワ〜〜 . お湯入れたすぐは少しかき混ぜて、少し置いておきます。5分くらい? . 心配ならもう一度お湯をかけ直す。 . 以上! . 今回ちょっとパンチ効かせたいのでシラッチャかけたけど、 (シラッチャ、ネギ、醤油) 多分なんの味付けでも美味しいと思います。 そしてとにかくお肉がしっとりやわらか〜ホワホワ〜♡ そしてかんたん! 鶏ハム作るより下準備も何もないから楽! すぐ食べれる!あったかいままで! . だいたいむね肉って一個300gあるかないかなので、100gのタンパク質20gとして、50〜60gは食べてる感覚。 今少しタンパク質の摂取量を増やしているので、脂質は少し抑え気味です。 . My fav way of cooking chicken breast is: . Slice the breast the thinner the better. Place them into a heat-resistant bowl. Add one teaspoon of salt and mix. Boil some water. Use a kettle. When boiling, pour into the bowl on meat. Stir couple of times. Sit still for 5〜10 min. The boiling water will cook the breast soft and tender :)

Still plugging along. I am ready for these last few pounds that I just can't seem to shake. It dawned on me though that I need to seriously start toning my body and that I need to start forming muscle. I feel like at 117 lbs I look great but I will still keep on trying to lose just to see truly where I am supposed to be or if I need to TONE. So the WEIRDEST THING happened this am?! The waffle on the left came out of the box exactly like that.... 😂. Anyway, slept for like 15 mins last night idk what my deal was lol, but duty calls headed to gym/work/horse. 3 things I can’t wait to do each day. If you can find something to do everyday that is so meaningful you’re excited for every morning, your life will improve so drastically that I can’t put it into words. Most of us have had a job we hated or dreaded. Maybe it was a stepping stone to something else, maybe just money, maybe it just sucked. None the less the world it too limitless to limit YOURSELF to a job, or anything else, that you hate. If you believe that it can’t change, it’s too late, or that (you) “can’t,” then I challenge that very wrong thought. I’ve watched too many intelligent, hardworking, kind, fantastic people give up on change and give up on themselves needlessly, living a life they hate. There is AWAYS a way.
