Let me just say, this does not apply to fruit sugar. ⭐️ In this category we class the white, brown, raw and every other kind including molasses and maple sugar. Starting my IF #intermittentfasting journey. It is 9-18-18 and I weighed in at 271.8 this morning. I gave IF a test run last week and it was something I feel I would be able to do long term, without feeling like I am missing out on anything. So I stopped eating before 9pm tonight and won't eat again until 1pm tomorrow. I have my water ready to go and am just excited to get started. Lunch and a bit of a snack today!!! First meal at 12pm 2 handfuls of arugula, 1.5 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, 1 mushroom, 1/4 avocado and 2 tsp of sour cream with 1/2 tsp olive oil. 🙌🙌 probably around 800kj. Snack at 1pm 1/2 cup of cream, 1 stevia sachet and 1 tsp of vanilla extract with sugar free dark chocolate bits - probably 450kj. 😍 So we have around 1200kj left for dinner!!!! 🙌 which 100% will be pizza!!!!! 😍👌 #ketodiet #ketogenicweightloss #ketointermittentfasting #intermittentfasting #ketogenicdiet #lowcarbdiet #lowcarbfood #highfatdieting

3 ingredients, (4 if you count the shredded cheese but optional) and took about 10 mins. Got this idea from @keto.luna It was so fast and easy to make! I pulled apart the meat from a left over chicken thigh and used cream cheese and egg for the pancake. She used 2 eggs with 2 oz of cream cheese but I did 1 of each. Forgot to add spinach :( Definitely will make again but maybe next time as just pancakes with peanut butter on top. Or stuff it with bacon. This is no laughing matter • • • *wink wink* Something I have been (unfortunately) dealing with lately is Metabolic Burnout AKA Anabolic Fatigue. This is something that tends to happen when you are in a state of depletion or over-exertion for an extended period of time. When I was prepping for my first competition.. it was a miracle that I didn’t injure myself or create any irreversible damage, and now that I am in my second prep - this is even more crucial to get a handle on it. Focusing more on my sleep cycles has been a priority I have put in place for myself as well as practicing meditation and taking Licorice Root supplements :)(considering I am my own coach) 😂 However I would advise any clients of mine now or future athletes as well to lay low (or completely take out) on the cardio during this time. Also only consuming easy-to-digest foods like your healthy fats -coconut Oil or avocado/nuts and seeds- and free range organic chicken and turkey :) I would personally stay away from cruciferous veggies rn... no kale or broccoli - difficult to digest and very hard on the thyroid (when raw) Love u ☀️ #love

Tuesday means taco salad night 🥗💛🥑 forever my favorite dinner 🤤 . . A little update... I’ve been doing lazy keto for the last couple weeks and it’s going pretty good! I lost almost 2 pounds last week despite having a cheat meal (frozen yogurt) that for sure kicked me out of ketosis. The best thing about keto is the feeling of satiety that I never feel when eating carbs. It s always about quality not quantity. When on carbs based diet, one of the examples of filing foods is popcorn. You can eat more of it, but does it really satisfy you? Not really.
