There’s nothing more I love than cooking for others & they enjoy your food 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 - - WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 3-4 large bananas (if small, use more) 4 eggs (the whole egg) (VG option use flax egg or chia egg, honestly not as good but still great) 1 cup coconut flour 1tsp baking powder 1tbsp vanilla extract All the cinnamon - - HOW TO: STEP (1) blend 3 bananas + eggs + vanilla essence STEP (2) combine coco flour, cinnamon, baking powder STEP (3) mix wet & dry ingredients STEP (4) pour into a loaf tin STEP (5) slice a banana & cover the top of the load + add more cinnamon cos cinnamon is life if case you didn’t know... STEP (6) bake @ 200 for 30-40 minutes depending on oven - - Enjoy on it’s own, topped with something fun. This is what a typical skin-friendly breakfast looks like for me. Yes, eggs 🍳 + bacon 🥓 can be skin-friendly! ⠀ ⠀ I load my plates with healthy fats, quality protein, fibre + some sort of greens. This helps my blood sugar levels stay balanced and keeps me satisfied. ⠀ ⠀ But (and that’s a BIG but), this is what works for me! ⠀ ⠀ Although whole foods are the foundation - what that meal looks like in order to be skin-friendly won’t be the same for everyone. Maybe eggs + you don’t get along so well.⠀ ⠀ We are all biochemically unique. The nutritional + chemical make-up of each person is UNIQUE so the dietary + lifestyle needs are just as unique.⠀ ⠀ This is why you may have tried a one-size fits-all diet like Paleo or Vegan but it didn’t work it’s skin-clearing magic like you were promised. ⠀ ⠀ Why unnecessarily restrict yourself when you don’t have to? In my opinion, that’s straight up dangerous territory.⠀ ⠀ I’ve been there though! I tried almost EVERY diet to try and clear my skin! Whole30, vegan, raw food, paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, keto, and more. While I noticed some great results from some of them, my skin never cleared 💯 and other symptoms never completely vanished either. Not to mention I found myself craving certain foods but unnecessarily restricted them because I didn’t want to fall out of the diet label I was following at the time.⠀ ⠀ You know when I found true + lasting healing? When I learned to listen to MY body. ⠀ ⠀ How did I do that? I started a food + symptom journal.⠀ ⠀ This is my absolute first step I teach my clients! Breakfast 🥞🥓🍳 of champions ♥️ bacon, eggs, and pancakes with syrup all keto! 13 net carbs for the plate. What looks like, and tasted like, a super high calorie and carb meal was super reasonable! . 3 pieces of bacon, 1/3 cup of @birchbenders paleo pancake mix topped with @choczero syrup, and one egg is only 350 calories, 13 net carbs, 23g fat, and 20g of protein! The perfect lunch! Dinner will consist of a nice helping of meat and small helping of veggies to cap me off under 25 net carbs. Such a good breakfast I'm still dreaming about it 🤤🤤 made a scramble by sauteing chicken sausage, onions, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and spinach, then added 2 eggs. Then reheated some leftover duck fat fries from dinner last night on the stove and used those as my breakfast potatoes (just in a pan on medium heat and they were BOMB. they were seasoned with kosher salt and rosemary). Enchilada casserole for lunch! Enchiladas are one of those recipes that we can make & adjust easily for everyone in the family. I made mine into a casserole, we made a vegetarian one (with leftover rice, beans, & corn from burrito bowls this week), & then a big pan of regular ones for everyone else. 😁 Our filling is just ground beef, diced green chilis, a little enchilada sauce, & shredded cheddar cheese. For my low carb version I layered a low carb tortilla, enchilada filling, another tortilla, filling, a little enchilada sauce, & cheese, baked at 350* F until bubbly. Perfect for a chilly Sunday afternoon! 👩🏻‍🍳

Happy Sunday friends! Morning snack: homemade heavy cream yogurt with black berries, blueberries, crushed almonds, pecans and @nateralife Maple Hemp Hearts. Sweetened with some @sweet.monk I forgot that I have a few containers of heavy cream yogurt in the fridge that I need to use. I find that once I make the yogurt, it lasts about a week to 10 days before it spoils. I don't go through it fast enough. Link is in my profile to see how I make it with my Instant Pot. I made #ketobakedeggs for myself and Patrick for lunch today. They were absolutely delicious.
