I received a download recently after making some huge decisions in my life that I would receive vulnerability tests to come. After experiencing a world for a long time of mostly safety and security.. this is necessary. I have been strong for a very long time for many people. Some that have come into my life and left and some who are still in my life. I was working from an empty cup of energy not realising that I in fact needed to save my reserves for myself. And so....these tests of vulnerability are for me to know life without the safety net, without feeling secure in my life completely so I can be vulnerable. Vulnerability can be seen as weak but it is indeed strength. To be vulnerable and being the true self is admirable. It means being comfortable in your own skin. On your own. Without the need for someone else contributing to emotional happiness. To be comfortable within your own thoughts, decisions and choices. On your own. Without anyone else making them for you. It means bearing your whole heart to everything you need in your life to move into the next energy space for your Earth mission. It is not an easy space to be in after so much time in safety and security, it is necessary. Spend time time in meditation asking for what you need for this current New Moon to set intentions for the next month to be more vulnerable and be your true soul self.

To see the Eiffel tower with my own eyes was always a huge dream of mine. The circumstances that led me to stand across from it, that day, were so unexpected. Das wäre Ego- getrieben. Warum sollte es wichtig sein, wenn du einen Handstand halten kannst?! Wen interessieren diese Positionen?... Es ist super schön, eine Asana halten zu können, die für dich schwierig ist. Denn es geht um den Weg dorthin. Um die Hindernisse, die du durch regelmäßiges Üben erstmal erkennst und mit der Zeit beseitigen kannst. Es wird eine Art inneres Feuer, tapas, benötigt, damit du deine Ziele erreichen kannst. Wenn dich deine Übungen nicht mehr „fordern“, kann es leicht passieren, dass du nicht mehr bei der Sache bist, nicht mehr so fokussiert bist, nicht mehr präsent bist. Es KANN um sooooooo viel mehr gehen, wenn du bereit bist, nicht nur deine Augen, sondern auch dein Herz zu öffnen und auf Entdeckungsreise zu gehen. #journey #reisezudir #tapas #herzsache
