KETO BOUNTY BITES 😍😍 . I’ve found avoiding the obvious carbs (potato, bread, pasta etc) quite easy to say I was an absolute carb whore before keto! But I’ve really been missing cakes and biscuits, as well as being a carb whore I was also a sugar whore (a lot of whorish behaviour 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️)..... so I set out to experiment last night and voila I made these bad boys! . They taste sooooo good, especially if you are a dark choc bounty lover like me 🙋🏼‍♀️.... they’ll be a great fix for my sweet tooth and they are super easy to make ..... I have popped the recipe below - give them a try - next time I think I’ll exchange the butter for coconut cream 😋😋 . Keto bounty bites ingredients: - 2 cups unsweetened desiccated coconut - 1/2 of melted butter (salted) - 1/4 cup stevia - 1 bar of dark no added sugar chocolate (at least 80%) . I’ve tried all sorts of sites for the Dexcom and I can’t find one that is perfect. Tummy: not comfortable sleeping on at night and ends up failing or losing connection half the time. Thigh: catches on nerves often so its so painful I have to rip off. Arm: same as tummy, sleeping on is not comfy. Any other suggestions?!

Crack the eggs into a bowl, being careful to keep the yolks intact. 3. Arrange avocado halves in a baking dish, resting them along the edge so avocado won't tip over. 4. Using a spoon, scrape out the center of each halved avocado so that it is large enough to accommodate an egg ... Set aside. 5. Gently spoon 1 egg yolk into the avocado cavity. 6. Und daran hängt Geschirrspüler + Waschmaschine und handwaschbecken. Ferien+Urlaub+Personalmangel. Wird das leider erst am Dienstag was. (letztes jahr hat es beim nachbarn 1 1/2 wochen gedauert bis jemand kam. Da bin ich ja froh, schon nach 5 tagen ein termin bekommen zu haben. Introducing @planprepfoodmama : I started Keto in November 2017. I was caught up being a working mom and wasn’t having much luck losing weight after my second child. My husband and I gave Keto a try and were hooked. In six months I lost 30 pounds and he lost 40. We’ve stayed on Keto for maintenance since then. I am convinced sugar/carbs are the cause of so many health issues. I love the sustained energy, mental clarity, and generally how fantastic I feel when in Ketosis. 1st date 4/13/19 .... Knowing that I'm trying to lose weight, eat healthier & doing #keto as we drove into town to find something for dinner he says "Do you think Red Lobster be #ketofriendly for you?" OMG that was so considerate. Absolutely & I love seafood also. I ended up ordering a rare 6oz steak w/shrimp skewer & broccoli .... I asked for a substitution for the mashed potatoes & they had absolutely no problem with that. I was able to choose another side item. I did upgrade for a small charge w/cauliflower augratin .... it was so delicious (they even left the bread crumbs off for me). Highly recommend trying it if you go there. I admit not having clam chowder is difficult lol always been my favorite, but I did "cheat" with those amazing biscuits .... only 1 though. We did order Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms (with cheese on top) for appetizers. #yum He had the triple shrimp plate which looked really good too. As if the food wasn't good enough I really enjoyed the conversation as we dined & got to know each other better.

I have a few confessions to make... . 1️⃣ My nutrition is not perfect. Today has consisted of protein bars, burgers, chips and wraps with chips and gravy in them. I tracked none of my calories today and have no idea where my caloric intake is. I had a bad day. I prioritised my work today and left little time and preparation to make good food choices. . 2️⃣ My training is not perfect. I stick to my program perfectly but skip some exercises that I completely hate (but need to do) and favour the exercises I like. My technique isn’t amazing all the time either. I always push for the heavier weight and sometimes compromise my form for that extra rep. . 3️⃣ My sleep isn’t perfect. I slept at about 1am this morning and woke up at 5am this morning for work (this could contribute to the poor food choices I made today as I wanted what was convenient). . 4️⃣ I have amazing genetics. I work incredibly hard but also have great genes (thanks mum and dad). I respond very well to training. I drop fat quite easily and maintain muscle very well too.
