Yes, I am a work in progress in my keto lifestyle and not only I believe but I know this is it! Simple Salad Simple Dinner @yourtaylorfarms Srirachi Ranch Chopped Salad. Me and Lhyn split the bag but I took out the Tortilla strips; Yessha ate them 😀. We also got discounted Rotisserie Chicken parts. Those that were not bought during the lunch rush which got broken down and refrigerated to be resold. Then finally dressing. Lhyn had it. I use dressing very very lightly when I do. (Like I would have mouthful of veggies, dip the tip of the fork in dressing and boom). Now since I am in a cut, I don't even use dressing. Fortunately I am one of those people that truly does like the taste of fresh veggies with out dressing or seasoning. #salad

🍫 🍃 🍪 I just deleted and reposted this because I forgot to mention a pretty important ingredient 🤦‍♀️ So here’s the full recipe! Chewy Choco Mint Keto Cookies 1 1/4 cup Almond Flour 1/4 cup Coconut Flour 1 tsp. Baking powder 1 TBS. Gelatin Powder (This is what makes them chewy cookies) 2 TBS. Cocoa Powder 1/2 tsp. Mint Extract 1/2 tsp. Caramel or Vanilla Extract Pinch of Coarse Salt 1/3 cup or a smidge less of Truvia sweetener (stevia erythritol blend) 1 Stick of Butter 1 Egg optional: 1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips 👩‍🍳 Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix dry ingredients, add egg and stick of butter and blend with hand mixer OR melt the butter and stir by hand. Add optional chocolate chips and spoon dough and slightly flatten out onto a sheet of parchment baker or non stick sheet. Bake for 15 min. This recipe was inspired by other chewy cookie recipes that call for all almond flour but I find the 1/4 of coconut flour gives them a more “regular store bought” cookie texture. I also find that texture and even taste in Keto baking changes once the baking has cooled down - you can enjoy these fresh out of the oven but in my opinion a few hours in the fridge makes them even better! . . . . . . #keto #ketobaking #ketodiet #ketorecipes #ketosnacks #paleokids #grainfree #ketolife #ketolifestyle #sugarfree #sugarfreekids #ketocookies #ketosis #ketosisdiet

Anddddd this is why I needed that cheese “taco shell” from the previous post. Hawaiian pulled pork wrap with arugula pesto. In a small bowl combine eggs, oil, and water. Stir wet ingredients into dry, then mix in caraway seeds. Allow batter to sit for 2 minutes to thicken. INGREDIENTS: 2 pounds salmon, I used Atlantic salmon 2 Tablespoons olive oil ¼ cup brown sugar ¼ cup soy sauce 3 garlic cloves, minced juice of one lemon 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper garnish with sliced lemons and chopped parsley if desired INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
