So these #trapbardeadlifts are becoming one of my favorite exercises to perform. I’m doin these almost every week. They’re great as both an upper body and lower body workout. I did 10 sets (yes 10) starting with 135lbs and pyramiding up to 500lbs for two sets. And pyramiding all the way back down to 135lbs. 135x15, 225x10, 315x8, 405x6, 500x4, 500x5, 405x10, 315x12, 225x15, 135x20. Brutal but efficient. Moved on to a superset Leg extensions and assisted pull-ups for 5 sets. And finished with a superset of TRX Rows and Kettlebell swings for 4 sets, 15 reps and 20 reps, respectively. Have you picked up a bell today? Strength training takes time, dedication and consistency to see results. There will be days that you "just don't feel like it" and that's okay. Unless you are sick or injured thsibus what we suggest ➡ Try showing up anyway. A few different things might happen when you stay the course regardless of if you're "in the mood" or not... 🔹 You'll get into it once you start moving around. You'll have an okay day, get yr blood flowing and you'll be happy you got in a workout. 🔹 You'll still feel "meh" while training and you can decided to go lighter than usual, but you'll still get the benefits of consistency and working your form and technique.
