Here’s a snippet of this mornings home workout! I did 10 reps of everything (20 seconds of the high knees) 4 X over but you do whatever suits you at this moment in time! Jak wykonać to ćwiczenie? ♦ Połóż kettlebell przed sobą na podłodze. ♦ Stań w rozkroku, nogi na szerokość bioder, w komfortowej pozycji (podskocz lekko kilka razy, aby ustawić się względem podłoża, chwyć kettla oburącz – wyobraź sobie, że starasz się przełamać rączkę kettla- myśl o ruchu z łopatek – ten Tip pozwoli odpowiednio zrotować i zaktywizować bark. ♦ Swing to nie przysiad. Jednakże podobnie jak w przysiadzie, ruch należy zacząć od wypchnięcia bioder w tył tzw. hinch, a nie od ugięcia kolan. Podczas wykonywania swingu należy pracować biodrem w płaszczyźnie przód – tył, a nie kolanami w płaszczyźnie góra – dół.
