Food today was porridge made with coconut milk from the curry I made last night (3syns) snack was a hi fi bar (3syns), lunch chicken paella with salad, afternoon snacks banana and a plum. Totally not feeling it today but I think it's because I'm carrying a few extra lbs I'd say about 9. I'm going to attempt a full day on plan today. I've measured my milk out had 40g oats (HexB) for breakfast with berries. Tea was macaroni cheese (5.5 syns) I had yoghurt and a banana for pudding. I've gone over syns today as had a tuna and cheese melt on ciabatta and my HexB for porridge thus morning with honey (4syns) not too bad as didn't use all my milk intake but I've not worked it out so guessing it's over. So I'm back from my 2 week All inclusive holiday to Jamacia. Weighed this morning at 10st 1 so a 9 lb gain. I had a great time and considering we were eating non stop and having cocktails everyday it's not too bad in the grand scheme of things.
