Stretching ๐Ÿ™†๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ this is my lower body stretching routine, I do this before and after leg weight training sessions. It helps open up the hips and lengthens the hamstrings. Iโ€™m trying to work on mobility and reduce my downtime post training. This really helps reduce post workout muscle soreness.

25th January 2019: Firstly, thank you @tdtraininguk for my new top - I forgot to take a photo pre workout, so sorry for the sweat covered one ๐Ÿ˜‚ Secondly, today at work someone overheard me talking about counting calories and decided to make a comment about why was I doing that, I didnโ€™t need to do it and I was the size of a โ€˜fleaโ€™ Yes, ok, I know that I donโ€™t โ€˜needโ€™ to lose weight but Iโ€™m still someone who has body image issues, constant self-doubt, wants a healthy, active life and yes, I track my calories. Iโ€™ve had some bad moments over the last few years, and Iโ€™ve finally found a way that helps me manage those moments, take control back and it really works for ME (thanks @ldn_muscle - love you guys) Now, I know the comment wasnโ€™t made with any malice but it got me thinking, why canโ€™t we just celebrate the goals that people set and work towards instead of questioning them.
