TEMPO training 👀👇🏼 - Heyy! 😁 Hope y’all are enjoying your weekend 🙆🏼‍♀️🙌🏼 I’ve recently started with tempotraining and doing one part of the lift extra slow. I already noticed that the contact I get in my muscles is beyond great, because you perform the lift really slow and controlled. Also the acidification in your muscles is crazy. So what is tempo training? 🧐👇🏼 - Okay so there are four numbers that constitute the tempo of an exercise for example: 4-0-1-0. The first number (4) is the eccentric component of the lift The second number (0) denotes any pause at the bottom of the lift The third number (1) is the concentric (most heavy) part of the lift And the fourth number (0) denotes any pause at the top of the lift. You can find the legworkout I did today 🍗🍑 including the tempo’s down below 👇🏼 I like to include different kind of variations in my training and see how my body respons to it.
