I dont ever post fitness stuff. But in the past month give or take, I have started counting macros again and I am very pleased with how far I have already come. Weighing in at 215 this morning. Also this week I started a new training style that I have never done before. It's been hard to get back in the gym and dieting propper ever since I got hurt last year, along with all the other things going on in my life. Steroids.. STEROIDS?! I love this topic, especially when random people suggest I'm on 'em! 🤣 Here's the cold truth: I train 3-4 hours a day, I eat like I haven't seen food in a week, I sleep like a baby (some reports of snoring, ignore them), I don't skip because there's a killer party somewhere in the city and I am obsessed with pushing myself. Oh, I forgot the specifics: I weight train at 5am, ride 20+mph (sorry Euro, I don't know km😅) on a road bike for over an hour, train with the people I train (let that percolate in your brain for a bit). Now if you fit that criteria, I'm sure you wouldn't need them either. (Camera angles and lighting make me look better than I really am, by the way. File this under #thingsineverthoughtiddo. That’s right... I joined @planetfitness on Friday. Of all the choices in the Vineland/Millville area, this is by far the cleanest and has a lot of equipment. Now, I will say, I don’t care for the fact that they don’t have a regular squat rack, BUT I can overlook it. I’m not looking to squat heavy anymore so it wasn’t a deal breaker. If anyone in the area is a member and wants to meet up, let me know! My schedule will be limited during the weekdays (read: early AF), but weekends will be flexible.

Whew is it Friday yet, I'm on the struggle bus. When you're tired, the best way to reboot the brain and get the heart pumping is to do some plyometric movements. Do a set of burpees or jump squats/lunges for 30sec and you'll not only wake up but you'll also be improving your fast twitch and overall body and multi-joint coordination. Or if you're stuck in an office.. even some jumping jacks will help. Are you really willing to go out and earn your keep? Your results show through the amount of effort you put in.
