Aim for an absolute minimum of 0.82g/lb, so if youโ€™re 200lbs, thatโ€™s 164g of protein daily. - Lastly, you want to know a great โ€œsupplementโ€ for fat loss? Hard work. That means sprints and weight training. Nothing helps you lose fat better than weight training. Take out weight training, and you will lose WEIGHT. In order to lose as much fat as possible, you need to hang onto your muscle, and thatโ€™s where weight training comes in. The sprints will help elevate your metabolism.

My suggestion is 2 incorporate both for best results. Just make sure when trying to build muscle u dont do steady state cardio for too long or too much of it its conterproductive to muscle building. I personally suggest H.I.I.T(High Intensity Interval Training) to burn fat and build muscle simultaneously. But it depends on your goals.
