And carry on! This month is a very unusual and personally easily the most challenging this year. . Mentally feeling very fragile and weak because of the circumstances but had to accept what is and had and still have to stand tall bc of the people near me are in much need of that. . A reminder of where I'm from, a place with so crazy beautiful nature but tough for youngsters, many of us grew up as a child, viewing suicide as something more of a normal thing not as a tragedy and had lost many from our age, even our relatives and very close friends for this horror. . Pulling yourself back was the only option and live through biggest emptiness. Training was my way out. . There's an irony in lifting weights and in life: we can't lift the same weight forever in order to get stronger. The weight must always get heavier, if we are to move forward and not get knocked down for next heavier weight/challenge. . Just wanna share as I don't have one person to tell it to . All I will say about yesterday’s lower body workout is OUCH! 😱 Only 3 supersets (6 exercises) but they were enough to kill me. Goes to show that it’s not about quantity but the quality of the movements and the intensity you’re working out in. Here are 2 out of the 3 supersets: 👉🏽 Split squats & sumo leg press 👉🏽 Sumo squats & plate push - I did 2 sets of sumo squats using a bar but for whatever reason they did not feel right even though I have done this exercise many times before. So I ditched the bar and switched to a kettle bell and the sumos felt so much better. What a glute killer! 🔥 Next week though, I’ll do them elevated so I can get deeper into the squat. And I was supposed to do a sled push but there isn’t one, so I used a plate and pushed it along the “grass”. Again next week, I’ll do this another way. I was completely FINISHED by this exercise - see my post yesterday for the dramatic ending 🤪🤣

Cuando la gente te dice:" liberate de tus complejos", en mi humilde opinión no es cuestion de librarte de ellos sino de comprender que solo son uma invención o un recuerdo de algo que fue y no es. El complejo es aquello en lo que te aferras para no seguir creciendo,aquello que te ancla por miedo a... Yo a día de hoy aún hay dias en los que me siento aquel quinceañero introvertido, desolado, descuidado y malhumorado. Aún hoy cometo el grave error de encerrarme en mi mismo olvidando de que hay unos amigos que echan de menos verme sonreír, una familia que aprecia cada cosa que he conseguido más que yo aunque no lo digan y una vida que espera a ser disfrutada. Para mi no es cuestion de no sentirme acomplejado sino de recordarme cada maldito día que el complejo que existió no existe y que tengo todo el derecho del mundo a levantar la bandera blanca en rendición ante mis logros conmigo mismo. Olvidé que mi sonrisa, mi manera de querer a la gente y esta manera mía de sentir las cosas era lo que más me gustaba de mi mismo. 👪 The first step in having a great physique is to choose the right parents. If you want to survey your bodybuilding potential, you can assess the following factors. 1🏈How good are your muscle length attachment? The lower a muscle inserts, the better it is. . 2🏈Untrained Calf and Forearm Girth. Long term studies done in the Polish school system in the early seventies revealed that the best anatomical predictor for the capacity to gain strength and power was the girth of the kids calf and then the second best was the girth of the forearm. In other words, an untrained kid with 16 inch calves and 14 inch forearms is usually prime stock for power sports. . 3🏈Hormonal make-up. The ideal hormonal make-up for bodybuilding would include a high endogenous production of androgens and growth hormone, low levels of cortisol, and sensitivity to insulin.Those blessed with a superior hormonal make up will hypertrophy often in untrained bodyparts. . 4🏈Neurological efficiency. In gym jargon, that refers to: are you a rep type of guy or weight type of guy? A “rep guy” will do 20 reps at 80% of his max, while the “weight guy” will only do 3, and the average trainee will do about 7 reps at that percentage. The better blessed inviduals will in fact have poor relative endurance, in other words they are the weight type of guy, the ones who can achieve high loads for maximum singles. These individuals can tap into higher threshold fibers, and thus can excite a greater proportion of their muscle fibers. . 5🏈How good is your black box? More often than enough, trainees count out intelligence as a predictor for bodybuilding improvement, especially when genetics on the physical side are not optimal. - 👻 All things said n done I would not get too hooked up on the genetic component, as many very good bodybuilders started out with less than optimal genetics. - 🦒 Furthermore, you may not have the ideal genetics for bodybuilding, but if you enjoy your weight training hobby, that is what is most important.Don’t forget that regular weight training has many health benefits which you may not appreciate yet at your age such as lowering of blood fats, prevention of osteoporosis, etc.
