Happy Wednesday Tribe, it's been a minute since I talked about the rebranding that I had mentioned a while ago. So in the coming weeks I will be sharing more. . . This is a new logo and I added our values and also our tagline just to share with you all who have stuck here what this brand stands for. This brand is so dear to me and I am so excited to see all the places it will go. Our values are all things that I believe in, but obviously there could be more but I chose this 5 because I wanted to keep it somewhat concise. Our tagline is the coaching style that I want to see more of, and I intend to practice that more. I want to stand with my clients, I want to be looking out for anyone who trusts us with their journey, I want them to know that it is possible to achieve their goals because they have an ally so they never have to feel alone. . . This brand and my coaching style is for women who feel lost, the women who are feeling drained with all the information out there. The woman who wants a coach that they know truly cares about them. The woman who doesn't want to hide that she struggles a lot and just wants a coach who can allow her express that. The woman who is anxious and unsure because she feels like she is always restarting. The woman who needs a coach who isn't perfect and shares her struggles. I want this brand and my coaching style to be what I needed when I started my journey and was as confused as confused can be. I want you to know that health and fitness is more than just what you eat, or your workout. I want to help you with your total wellness which starts from the inside and naturally spills onto the outside. . . Easier said than done for someone who sweats everything more than they sweat while training for a marathon in the middle of a heat wave in the deep south 🙄. I was so focused on injury prevention I failed to see the mental burnout.
