I got on the scale this morning and was extremely frustrated that the number hasn’t budged in a couple of days. I then looked at my @loseitapp and noticed that in the last week I’ve lost 2.4lbs! I’ll be honest, yesterday evening went to shit cos period Espee didn’t give a crap about her syns :/ Must have had triple my allowance to soothe the pain! Mostly it was low calorie snacks but I did have two bread rolls. Today I intend to eat loads but try to keep it SP friendly. I’ve had biltong for breakfast for some reason (and now I have garlic breath ffs) and got a load of fruit and chicken on the way to work. My stomach is still hurting but it’s not so bad that I can’t cope without pills today, so I’m gonna ride it out. Aiming for 15 syns today. I can do ittttttt! P.S. Birthday weekend has commenced! Exploring Freemantle Markets and this is something I have been dreaming of for weeks and weeks. A chocolate brownie cupcake from DNK Cupcakes. . Oh my gosh you guys this was soooo good. I'm estimating around 300 calories for this as its quite small, but the store doesn't provide calorie counts so I can't be 100% sure. Honestly? I don't care.
