A lovely faceless gym selfie here 🔱 SO.. Not sure if anyone has been following since the beginning but when I started this fitness IG account it was because at the time I'd very recently started doing workouts and using pre and post workout from a company I started "working" for virtually. (On top of my own personal workouts) **《《《extremely short version** Nevertheless, for my own personal views, values and development I decided that this wasn't for me. I personally am not fussed about all the shakes (unless I find one that tastes exceptionally good😏) and in regards to the workouts I just cared about my own stuff and wasn't as fussed about the companys programs. I can't fault the company as they made the whole process run smoothly for me, and I'm sure it works wonders for others.
