Si prepara così una deliziosa fetta di cappuccino! M E S C O L A R E ✔ 100 g di farina d'avena ✔ 1 cucchiaino di caffè macinato ✔ 1 cucchiaino di polvere di cacao ✔ 30 g di WPP alla vaniglia ✔ 2 uova ✔ 175g di yogurt ✔ 1 cucchiaino di lievito in polvere e un po' di dolcificante cuocere in forno a 180°C per 10 minuti. Mentre cuoce, prepapare il budino con 4 dl di latte, mezzo dl di caffè e 3 cucchiai di vaniglia in polvere. Lasciare raffreddare e aggiungere 200 g di ricotta. Spalmare la crema di ricotta sulla pasta raffreddata, e cospargere con cacao in polvere. Olá, pessoal! Como prometido, vou postar aqui a receita culinária do caldo de legumes com frango #lowcarb #lowfat #lowkcal , que postei em meus stories e muitos me perguntaram como fazer! Receita para 2 a 3 pessoas. Ingredientes: 500g de frango desfiado 1 cenoura grande ou 2 médias 1 chuchu 2 mandioquinhas 2 tomates (coloquei do tipo italiano) 1 cebola média Salsinha a gosto Sal a gosto Preparo: Corte a cenoura, a mandioquinha e o chuchu em rodelas não muito pequenas. Coloque numa panela com água fervente. Estará pronta quando a cenoura puder ser furada facilmente com um garfo. Enquanto isso, pique 1/2 cebola e os dois tomates em pedaços pequenos. Refogue o tomate na cebola. Quando começar a grudar na panela, adicione os legumes fervidos e misture (sem a água). Num liquidificador adicione este refogado de legumes e deixe batendo. Adicione água aos poucos para obter uma mistura cremosa. Numa outra panela, refogue o frango com a outra metade da cebola cortada em cubinhos. Após dourar o frango, adicione o caldo de legumes e mexa. Adicione sal a gosto. Quando estiver pronto, adicione a salsinha picada e sirva a seguir. Dicas: 1. Eu adicionei um pouco de tempero “lemon pepper” da @brspices ao refogar o frango. É um tempero muito bom pois tem pouco sal e não tem conservantes! 2. Werbung: Eine Riesenschüssel voller Pudding... und dabei wenig Kalorien 🤗 ... und das Beste: die Zubereitung ist so einfach! Das Original stammt von @lealoveslifting_official 💪🏻 🦊❤️ Ich habe es leicht abgewandelt und statt 600ml Wasser Kokosmilch verwendet. Für diese 👆🏻 Kokosvariante benötigen man: 500g Magerquark 200g Kokosmilch light (Dose) 🥥 400g Kokosmilch von Alpro 🥥 6 Blatt Gelatine Flavedrops Kokos ich hatte die von @nutriful ☀️ Und royal flavour in little white ball Zuerst die Gelatine in kaltem Wasser einweichen (ca. 5 Minuten) Alle anderen Zutaten vermischen und nach Geschmack süßen. Die Gelatine ausdrücken und in einem Topf erwärmen. Wenn die Gelatine flüssig ist, den Herd ausschalten und eine Kelle voll von der kalten Masse zur warmen Gelatine geben, umrühren und alles zurück zur kalten Masse geben. So... this picture doesn’t show everything I ate today. Dew to the fact that I had a university exam today, and needed to concentrate: I had lots of snacks ( kind of healthy ones 👍🏻) . And I had cake, which I treated myself with, after the exam. No regrets here, this is just what I ate 🍴 . . . Breakfast: 2x coffee+cashewmilk - 34 Babyfood (rice) + blueberrys+ cottage cheese + chia seeds - 141 Dextrose - 44 Lunch: Chiabatta (gluten-free) + Avocado + bell pepper - 206 Snacks: 3x Dextrose - 66 Cereal Bar - 101 Babyfood (fruit) - 60 2x Pao de Queijo - 142 Dinner: Bread (gluten-free) - 107 Goat cheese - 92 Cornichon - 9 Cake - I have no Idea... 😅 TOTAL: 1003 + the cake 🍰 I’ll go to the gym tomorrow. Propably at 06:00 am, so I’ll burn some of those kcal’s from today.
