Muchos me preguntan si se puede aumentar la masa muscular con la calistenia y es que el entrenamiento con tu propio peso corporal no solo la puedes aumentar si no fortalecer, ayudar a tu postura, reducir riesgo de lesiones y tener una vida mas activa y saludable. Mi opinión personal basada en mi poca experiencia puedes ver los resultado en esta foto todos practican calistenia habido un incremento de masa muscular notable, de fuerza y agilidad. Como cualquier otro modo de entrenamiento los resultados vienen con el tiempo, La disciplina, constancia, dedicacion UNA BUENA ALIMENTACION y sobre todo un cambio mental del: no puedo hacerlo por un LO HARE. #lsits and lolasana are by far my least favorite arm balances. I showed lsits with and without blocks. I can't really get any height without the blocks, which is partly why I hate them.
