Basic Single Leg Push 4 Lunges These are different from split squats in the sense that you are moving through space instead of up & down. Lunges can be done in many directions, in this case forward & backward. One thing to be aware of is keeping the weight mostly over the leg in front. Also make sure the heel on the back leg is up. A common fault is trying to push the heel to the ground during the lunge.

Took a couple days off got back at it today. Today was 1 minute of strength followed with 30 seconds of plyometrics 30 second rest 3 sets of each should take total of 20 mins. First video shows a squat tapping the stability ball using a weight to a squat jump. Walking Weighted Lunges: . . Done this exercise at the end of my leg workout. I always find it a good way to get that final burn in the last push of your workout. . . Preferred to do lunges whilst walking as opposed to doing standing alternate lunges. Loving this front foot elevated lunge to row using the cables as resistance 👌 I incorporate a lot of cable work into my clients programs and my small group personal training session as I love that there is very little time to rest when using cables due to the constant time under tension.
