Guac it like I talk it🎵 🥑 corny, I know, but these chips and guac sure aren’t! 😎 not only are @sietefoods chips DELICIOUS, they also are corn free and grain free. Why do I think that is awesome? As I have been learning, many people have sensitivities to corn and grains, both of which are commonly found in tortilla chips. And a Mexican fiesta night without tortilla chips isn’t quite a fiesta, amirite? 💃🏼 @sietefoods’ grain & corn free tortillas and chips help pack the nutrition AND the tastiness into a Mexican fiesta night without letting sensitivities & inflammation get in the way. My new fave Siete chip is the RANCH flavor (df). Holy guacamole are they good!! Speaking of, here’s the guac recipe : 2 avocados A squeeze of lime, lemon, or orange juice 2 TBS freshly chopped cilantro 1/2 white or red onion, chopped Optional: 1-2 cloves of garlic ( garlic rn is giving me reflux-like symptoms so I opt to not add it!) Salt and pepper, to taste Mix everything together, serve with chips, and FEAST! 🌮 🥑

A super simple and yummy dinner! High in protein and fat to fill me up and fuel my body after the workout. Just put feta cheese in the oven a ton of garlic and fried an onion and a zuccini in a pan for my veggie portion of the meal. Overall I stay on the lower carb side with my meals, but eat a little more protein to build muscle while still losing weight. Also I like to eat a little more fat than reccommended, 'cause it just keeps me fuller for longer. Hope you all had a great day, I’m off to go relax now ✌🏼. . Roasted asparagus: avocado oil + @primalpalate steak seasoning baked 400 for 20 minutes. . Air fried sweet potatoes: avocado oil + @primalpalate meat and potato seasoning. Baked 360 for 20 minutes. . Pan fried pesto cod Pesto 1/3 cup hemp seeds 1 cup fresh basil 1-2 cups fresh spinach 1/4 cup olive oil 1-2 garlic cloves Juice of 1/2 a lemon Salt and pepper to taste 1/3 cup of pepitas . Pulse all in food processor until incorporated.
