My vegetable compartment in the fridge looks like one you'd expect to find back home and most certainly not in Japan. Thanks to enterprising people who live in the area vegetables are available abundantly, especially ones like beetroot and drumstick and yam. Breakfast was the usual, and I had a HiFi Bar as a snack after group. I maintained again. And I’m gutted. My lunch has been on plan, however. But I’m not certain how the rest of the week will turn out. I just feel so down and out about it, I tried hard AGAIN and I maintained AGAIN. ▪️ Lunch 🍽: Pasta (free), beetroot, red pepper, onion (speed), sweetcorn, BBQ chicken (free) & 1 tbsp Nando’s Perinaise as sauce (2.5 Syns). Reverse diet update: As I’ve mentioned before, I stopped weighing myself, until I could learn to be more accepting of the number on the scale and only use it as a reference for my macros. Well I’m happy to say that I’ve finally gotten to the point where I don’t let that number define me! In the last two weeks I’ve increased my overall caloric intake and I’ve brought my carb intake to over 200g a day and in two weeks I’ve lost 3 pounds and a 1/2 inch 😁 Reverse dieting isn’t meant for weight loss, but it does increase your metabolism which can lead to some weight loss!
