Part 3: So this is how I looked in 2016 after shedding 26 kgs even though my transformation was incomplete. At this stage I weighed 102 kgs. Unexpectedly I had to face some family issue due to which I spent 5 months in hospital(I wasn’t hospitalized though) and I had a very bad routine and was going through a very rough patch of my life. I used to workout like 1 day a week and I started eating all the crap (emotional eating). My weight started increasing gradually. Like after 8 months of crap eating I only gained 5kgs (so I thought I was all fun and games).After 2 more months I gained 13 more kgs. I started becoming depressed and switched like 3-4 gyms in between due to some doctors advice that these 30 minutes workouts now won’t work for me (bullshit). @aliyanasimjan was very concerned and told me not to but I was so stupid and did not to listen to her. Then after having all the health problems again, getting humiliated by other gyms (I won’t name anyone but a certain trainer used to make fun of me. He used to bully me on being fat with cheap lines like (tum se kaun shadi karay ga? Na paisay hain na achi body ha etc etc). I had to build a lot of courage to get back @metafitnosis as I was really embarrassed but he moment I came in @aliyanasimjan greeted me like nothing happened and showed a lot of concern and wanted me to get back at it. It felt like I returned home after a year and a half.
