Last week has been really tough for me. 🙈Both, physically and mentally. 😬😓 Had been working really hard and that affects my back really badly. And back pain is really not the best thing to have, haven’t been able to sleep properly tonight. Besides of that I have been having some emotional challenges as well that are affecting my performance. What I am trying to say with this is.. nobody is perfect. You might see me happy on my posts, but I am having a lot of challenges at the moment, so there comes times when I feel down and feel like giving up, feel really alone. I know you have been there too, it is part of life, really. As long as you have hope to hold on, you can fight your way through, so don’t give up! Pain is what is needed for us to appreciate what we have 🙏❤️😇

Shit happens...we make mistakes and we fall off track. It’s called LIFE🤪 and I see way too many people stress out about their micro-mistakes instead of staying focused on the macro-plan. . Happy self-love sunday, sistar! . I’d like to share with you a simple technique for clearing out your heart & consciously expressing your emotions. This is a process that helped me a lot when I was first starting off on my self love journey, dealing with emotional overwhelm & a broken heart . [feel free to adjust this to your liking, whether you like to write things out or speak them out - it’ll work regardless] . every morning and every night, ask yourself “what do I want and what do I need?” . grab your journal and write down how you feel. Free write. Or speak it all out. You will see suppressed emotions come out. Be 100% authentic & validate how you feel. Write or speak without stopping, without editing, until you feel you’ve gotten everything off your mind and chest. & repeat to yourself that “it’s okay to feel this way” . after asking yourself “what do I need?”, go ahead & action your answer. Soul speaks in simple words so follow its guidance & affirm what feels right to you . we get to choose how we feel in every single moment so choose happiness. Choose to feel better . what do you want & need today?

This one Is called the #babygotback workout! Since building lean muscle is my goal right now, I always do hard cardio first. 💯 Plus it gets my blood pumping and body energized after a night of sleep (despite a very early morning with two almost 4 year olds who are ready to rock by 5:45). 😳👯‍♀️❤️ What went down? • 25 minutes of fast/slow interval training on the step mill followed by 3 sets each of 💪 pull downs (start heavy and lighten up as needed), 💪 standing dumbbell shoulder press, and 💪 standing dumbbell arm curls. Then 3 sets each of 💪 bent over barbell rows right into 💪 dumbbell lateral raises. • I wanted to hit my back, shoulders and biceps. With this workout, I did‼️ Tag your fellow #fitmom friends and tell me ... which move did you like best?!

You know your time is limited. Spend it doing something that matters! I once worked 1:1 with a coach who had to remind me that worrying about how things will turn out doesn't actually help things to turn out better. So why do it? Because we think we have to. We're wired to survive in a very negative, skeptical world, so it's natural to assume the worst. The good news is that that can be fixed. :) Focus on the good in the situation, and leave the rest to that higher power you know has your back.

One of the best ways to increase self-awareness is to write down what you want to do and track your progress. By reading about your past experiences, you can see how you have grown or matured, and put things into perspective. @nancyganzekaufer
