Hey girls I am running a female PT Group Class every Thursday evening at 7 30 pm in Yokine Reserve. This is a max of 6 girls in total in any class hence why it is a PT Class and not just like your usual boot camps or circuit classes!!!! With a small PT group class I can concentrate on everybody having correct technique and form with every exercise so you are getting the most out of the workout and also avoiding injuries!!! Over the last 10 years I've seen 20-30 people cramming into classes and 80 % of people's technique was terrible and wrong. So with these PT Group Classes I keep it small so it is basically like a Personal training session with me. It's $20 for a 60 minute class ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป It is a full body workout concentrating on fat burning and muscle toning. And you will have a bit of fun aswell don't worry ๐Ÿ˜ All fitness levels welcome. My wifeโ€™s trainer, @phillpak_ , had an injury 3 years ago and was recently developing Low back pain and hip pain. When he found out I was a PT, he reached out to me. Sit Rise Challenge: single leg balance is very importance for this challenge (as well as in every day life!). This single leg tap drill is a great way to work balance - if you need to, you can use hold onto a dowel or a counter top to support yourself initially and progress to no support when comfortable. You donโ€™t need special cones - use ANY object - like I did - as a target and do this for time - one tap forward, side, backward and repeat. It can be hard to get up on these cold, dark, wet mornings and getting up to exercise can seem impossible but it really is a great start to the day!
