There are different ways to get to the same result, ESPECIALLY with weight loss. Some are way more of a pain in the ass than others. . Case in point: Keto. Now I think keto has amazing therapeutic benefits for certain conditions, like degenerative disease... but it’s definitely not necessary for just weight loss. Will you lose weight on keto? Sure you will! Will you miss carbs in the process? Highly likely. . You can lose weight eating only ice cream if you play your cards right (energy balance... being in a deficit). You can do it being paleo, doing keto, being vegan, etc etc... but at the end of the day, the labelling behind these diets creates restriction, which leads to cravings which leads to short lived results. . That’s why I focus on the long haul with all my clients. Unless they have sensitivities, allergies or aversions... nothing is off limits. ✅ This means no more food guilt, no more missing out on social situations and no more quick fix mentality.

Im taking BIG STEPS towards a huge goal, I've been wanting to tell everyone for a while but I didnt have the courage👍 long post but read peeps💕 ° So here it goes, I have teamed up with an amazing coach @mmerriman88 and we have started training for my FIRST EVER Bikin competition 😳 I know right, some people are thinking she's crazy🙋‍♀️ but I couldn't be happier. I love the time I have spent in the gym expanding my horizon, taking time for myself and working on me. ° I'm not aiming for the infamous thigh gap or endless abs I'm really just looking to work on the best version of me inside and out! Was I scared to write this post well HELL YEAH, am I scared people will judge me, sure but at the end of the day none of that matters. ° I'm a mom and a wife in the process of developing the best version of me! 👪 ° I would love to have people follow me during this process and ask any questions! Na tapecie dziś pieczona pierś kuraka, kasza jaglana ze szpinakiem i buraczki z papryką. Uciekłam od teściowej, bo chciała częstować obiadem 😂 Za naleweczkę (pyszną) też podziękowałam. Kiedyś dla mnie nie do pomyślenia, a dzisiaj odmawiam bez żalu, tylko męczy mnie już trochę to, że w wiekszości przypadków ludzi to dziwi i muszę się z tego tłumaczyć. A jeszcze gorzej, jak ktoś mi na siłę wciska żarcie, słodycze, czy alkohol, no kurwa, serio?! Ja nie mam nic przeciwko, jeśli ktoś je jak chce, czy ma ochotę się napić kulturalnie, czy nabzdryngolić i mogę towarzyszyć bez oceniania i bawić się równie dobrze, ale sama tego nie potrzebuję. Sunday funday 💃🙃 Thanks for a great training company to @bodonosweightlifting team members! 💥💥💥 . .
