Ok so here's a lil progress check from my #spartanracetraining...uh, so far, so good. The morning #fastedcardio sessions are still going well (even tho I skipped today, I was too busy cuddlin), and the veggies are doing me right. I'm in a constant slow bulk so while I'm seeing more definition, I haven't lost any muscle mass...soon I'll start my carbed up cardio sessions, and that's gonna be murder.
