I made a commitment to myself to stay focused on my fitness goals to the best of my ability. Not every day has been 100% but I’ll be damn if I’m not doing best to get as close to it as possible. People are starting to ask why. Why am I doing this. Why am I trying to be so committed to going to the gym 6 days a week. And that it won’t kill me to miss a workout. And that I should go out have a couple of drinks more often. What they don’t understand is that I want to hold myself accountable for my own goals because if I start being careless the next time I’m asked to skip a day it’ll be easier to skip it. Taking selfies in the gym is pretty awkward lol you would think that at 630am no one would be at the gym and you could take a couple but people are grindingggg cause the gym I go to has a shit load of people there in the morning. I just made a decision that surprised even me! 😲 . Soooo I just finished a 12 week health adventure! 🏋🏻‍♀️🥙🤔 . I did ALL the workouts (in my living room OR my friends’ basement OR my friend’s gym....cause they can be done anywhere)! . I ate my best! (Which was mostly real food! Putting healthy and delicious meals together. Andddd sometimes cocktails 🍹 and frozen pizza 🍕 was all I could pull off! 🤣) . And here’s the part that’s got me kind of surprised.... . I’m gonna do the WHOLE thing AGAIN! 🔄 . Because taking care of ourselves is a lifestyle! It doesn’t end with a program! . I was a classic “stop and start” kind of girl before. Like for 30 odd years. But now I knowww better! . And I am SO freaking exciting to show you how you can build a healthy (not perfect or stressful) lifestyle too!!!! 🙌🏻 . (Cause note, stressing about being perfect isn’t good for you either! 😉) . So who’s with me?!? . If you’ve been watching....and waiting....and wondering! . And just not reaching out cause you’re scared you won’t feel successful....that’s where I come in! 🙋🏻‍♀️ . We’ll work on that mindset to help you realize you CAN friggin’ do it!
