#kilofürkilo Ja, also die Mehrheit (einschließlich mir) war für 117,5kg im 4x4. Joa. Locker. Nächstes mal dann ne runde Zahl (120). Hier sieht man den letzten Satz. Letzte Wiederholung hat sich in echt wie ne Ewigkeit angefühlt, aber auf Video sieht das noch ganz Ok aus. Hier sieht man auch endlich mal meine ungefähre Standweite, die mir bisher sehr gut gefällt 👊 Bankdrücken im 3x7 mit 82,5kg hab ich nur mit 7,6,5 geschafft 😂 Das war zu krass, genauso wie der Brustpump danach. Aber nach den Kniebeugen war ich auch leider nicht mehr ganz so konzentriert 👀
