Giving a thumbs up to this week! (Even though I woke up this morning feeling like I got ran over by a bus!) - - - No matter what you face this week, go in with a positive mind! Even though I was tired, my allergies were acting up and I had ZERO desire to take photos of hundreds of teenagers, I got up and did the thing! And I’ll tell you what, after the shoot was over, I felt amazing. - - - Something about doing what you have a passion for (in this case photography) gives you a natural high that lifts any bad mood or negative feeling you may be experiencing. - - - I encourage you to go out this week and do something you’re passionate about! WORKOUT BELOW! . Admittedly a high strung ball of stress today lol. 🤯 Some days ya just wake up and stuff just smacks you in the face like a wet sock. Yummy! Just craving the grasp of control that isn’t mine to begin with. It’s a challenge for me to act upon the fact that God’s plan will prevail and ultimately I’m not in control. . Admitting to my desire for control and taking a step back, reevaluating my emotions (and realizing I’m quite ridiculous at times) and really separating them from reality is KEY.
