Mind Fuck contd... . of the Vegas Challenge today I move into a Calorie Surplus for the next 12+ weeks of the Fiji Challenge. . I feel confident that I have pretty much achieved my initial goal to shift the spare tyre from my middle and as such it's time for a new goal and challenge. I've entered the Fiji Challenge with the aim of putting on some size and increasing my strength. . To achieve this I must move from a calorie deficit to a calorie surplus and this is the complete mind fuck that I have ahead of me. For the past 12+ weeks I have been in a permanent deficit of around 2400 calories. But now to assist me with increasing size and strength I'm increasing my calories to around 3400. . The obvious panic is that I'm just going to pile the fat back on which I've worked so hard to shift over these past 12+ weeks. But during these past 12+ weeks I put my absolute trust in the program and it delivered more than I could have anticipated. So for this exact reason I'm going to do the same and trust the program and go full surplus rather than take it slowly. I fully anticipate some early adverse gainz in the next couple of weeks but I'm not going to over react I'm going to stay the course. . I've teamed up with @nutritionista.fergie to provide me with Nutritional Support during these next 12+ weeks. . If I scan red milk for 200ml it comes up with 176 kcal. If I scan green milk it comes up 88 kcal for 200ml On the bottle green is 49kcal for 100ml and red is 35kcal for 100ml So neither were right in the slightest. Unless I'm being really stupid!
