When I first started my journey my lovely friend @lillyshrinks told me to take photos of my hands, feet and body so I could see the progress I was making everywhere. At the time I remember thinking to myself “my hands won’t change that much, they’ve always looked the same” Well here it is, 3 months keto and my hand progress. My rings fit more comfortably, my wrist is smaller and lets be honest my nail game has lifted. When Lilly suggested it I went looking for other hand transformation pics and came across @jordanshrinks post about the same thing. Lunch and Dinner today!! It was a Souper kind of day lol! Chilli beef and bean soup for lunch with 4 Ryvita and olive oil spread. Then for dinner I had a Smokey Chicken and Chorizo Vegetable soup with two fingers of garlic bread 😋😋 This was an adjustment to the Tesco real food Jamie Oliver recipe for Pearl Barley and Chorizo Soup that I saw on an ad on instagram. #healthydinner for me this evening. This plate is a miracle. I had a really stressful day at work and that’s when my emotional eating sets in... desperate to stop for fast food on the way home but I didn’t and I had this instead... and there’s fish 🐟 on it! I hate fish 🤭 but it was ok and I will have this meal again. And since I had some calories left, I added a poached egg for extra protein 👍🏻 I am still amazed how much food I can eat for my calories and macros when I choose wisely. I haven’t been hungry at any point in the last two weeks. Curious to see what weigh in day brings tomorrow. If you’ve been following along on my journey long, you know homemade pizza is my favorite lunch! I do make my own crust (it’s super easy, takes about 5 minutes to make) see my story highlights for the recipe. Then I just add whatever toppings I like....and of course, I like them all! ☺️ I use 4 ounces of the dough to make a personal size pan, then use just a very small amount of fat free sauce. This one today is from Trader Joe’s, I also use two ounces of Trader Joe’s light cheese, and one ounce of fresh mozzarella. That’s where most of your points and calories come from, you can leave it out to make it lighter. But to me, it’s worth it! I used one slice of bacon (the lightest one I’ve found is from Aldi, and it’s the Appleton farms brand center cut.) I used 1.5 pieces of Canadian bacon, and 4 slices of turkey pepperoni. I also used sautéed mushrooms. You can add them fresh, but to me they don’t cook quite enough on the pizza, so I just keep a container of them already cooked in my fridge. I use purple onions, and a baby yellow bell pepper, tomatoes and fresh basil..but the great thing about these pizzas, is you can make them however you like, with whatever toppings you like! This whole thing is 10 points, and 375 calories. If you make it, tag me! I would love to see how you personalize yours! The last pic of of the seasonings I add. @daksspices they have no salt, but are delicious! I also add salt and pepper, and red pepper flakes 🔥🔥🔥

Please don't ask me what this was for dinner, I have no bloody idea! Basically the story goes that last Friday I made a beef stew for dinner with parsnips, carrots, potatoes and sweet potatoes as ingredients. Never put sweet potato in it before and it was delicious. So delicious that I had three bowls and immediately got stomach cramps! Cue going to the toilet in a big way that evening and the following morning! Turns out that I had 40g of fibre that day mainly in that one meal! Decided I could do with that toilet action again only this time before weigh, in so shoved a chicken breast diced up, onions, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, garlic and passata in the slow cooker. This met my 500cal fast day target however turns out it's the parsnips and carrots which contained the most fibre last week so I may well have had it for dinner tonight for no reason!! 🚽🚽 oh well, it was syn free and that plus 2 hot chocs (4) and a hob nob thin (1.5) bring me to 5.5 syns for today and 564 calories. 40 sit ups done in day 11 of the #situpchallenge, over 10k steps and 20 floors. Excuse all the gravy! But I made toad in the hole, small amount of mash with carrots Brussels and cauliflower. Tea was roughly 800cals and it was the best! I had toast for breakfast today, and I’m not gonna lie I have waisted 700cals on chocolate today. Trying to be truthful with my journey; I did exercise today and earn’t back 700cals.
