Deadlifts: 3x2 315lbs. Working my way back up to where I was before my back injury. Being this weak and knowing I used to be able to do this 12 reps can be very unmotivating. But Im really gonna focus on my form and how I execute my lifts and I should be back where I was in no time! This has been a pivotal moment in my life because I have exercised for a long time, but have never gotten to the point where I feel like my results have matched my effort. This is the leanest I have been in my life and plan to get even leaner. After years of training I realised I had hit a plateaue stage with my growth stagnant for a while. I need professional advice and training if I wanted to see the change in me to be what I always wanted to be. Having @shamsheer.me train me in my early days made me realise, he's the right coach to go to. Over the 12 weeks of custom made by @shamsheer.me I realised my mistakes from my diet and my workouts to why I wasn't making any progress. The major focus during the 12 weeks has been on dropping down the body fats and minimising the muscles going into depletion. This was only possible because of the right diet and workout plans tailored each week to give maximum output. With having multiple injuries in my spine and spending a night at the hospital was still not a good enough reason to pull me down from achieving my goals. In short, I have been able to sharpen my focus, work harder and have not allow my distractions and setbacks to pull me back down from achieving my goals.
