My Cauliflower Crust Portabella Mushroom Pizza Recipe: #quicktoprepareweek Ingredients: 1 Cup Cauliflower Rice, cooked through 3/4 Cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 Egg 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Portabella Mushrooms Method: 1. In a bowl, combine cauliflower rice, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic powder and egg. Mix well to combine. 2. Preheat over to 350 and line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper or foil, spray it with a little olive oil spray. 3. Lay the cauliflower mixture out onto the parchment paper in a medium rectangular shape. 4. Bake for 20 minutes. Then remove from oven and add chopped mushrooms and sprinkle 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese over the top as well. Then bake another 10 minutes. This freezes well if you want to serve it at another time. Hace ya tiempo que decidí que no compraría más hamburguesas, decidí que las haría yo en casa y así me aseguraría de que fueran 100% saludables y de buena calidad . . Esta que os enseño hoy es una hamburguesa de salmón, la receta la cogí del libro de #notecompliquesconlacena de @isasaweis (en realidad casi todas las recetas las saco de ella o de @saschafitness) . . ▶️Ingredientes: 1 lomo de salmon fresco (500g aprox), 1 cucharada de mostaza (Le da un toque muy top), 1 🥚, 1 diente de ajo, 2 cucharadas de perfil fresco, aove, sal y pimienta . . ▶️Preparación: . se retira la piel y las espinas del salmón . lo echamos en una picadora troceado junto con el ajo picado, el 🥚, la mostaza y la sal y pimienta al gusto . Agregamos el perejil picado y lo mezclamos todo hasta obtener una masa uniforme . Reservamos en la nevera unos minutos para q coja consistencia . Les damos la forma a las hamburguesas (suelen salir unas 3-4 unidades) y las echamos en la sarten con un poco de aove . ▶️Si queréis q tenga más consistencia la masa podéis añadir pan rallado o su versión sana, el salvado se avena . Mini burgers de quinoa roja y verduras con especia harissa.🌱 . . Experimentando con la quinoa, me salieron estas pequeñas maravillas. Quienes han trabajado con ella, sabrán que puede ser complicado lograr una buena consistencia. En este caso la he conseguido con un poco de harina de arroz y pan rallado. Finalmente me han quedado muy jugosas, porque conseguí darles el punto justo de harina.😜 . . La especia harissa, de origen marroquí y tunecino, ha sido todo un descubrimiento, ya que da a los platos un punto dulce y picante a la vez. Now simmering.... My twist on the classic Taiwanese "San Bei Ji" or 3-Cup Chicken. Our Johanne has a food aversion with anything that has strong vinegar taste or aroma, so he rarely eats "adobong puti". When served with 3-Cup Chicken, he ate with gusto. 🤗 Surprisingly he did not complain about the basil aftertaste. This recipe derived its name from 3 cups of sauces required- 1 cup of soy sauce, 1 cup of rice wine and a cup of sesame oil.. I tweaked my recipe though, I think a cup of soy sauce has too much sodium. The less, the better. I also use oyster sauce instead of adding sugar and salt to taste. Tried Innovative way of commonly prepared Indian side dish today, Usually in this recepie the big spinach leaves are used but here I have replaced it with Baby spinach leaves and used two types of dal, green gram and Yellow lentils ( tuvar dal) . Checkout the detailed recepie below 👇 INGREDIENTS: *Tuvar dal: 1/2 cup *Green Moong: 1/2 cup *Baby spinach: 2 bunches *Onion: 1 finely chopped *Garlic: 5 to 6 cloves finely chopped *Green chillies: 2 chopped *Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp *Kashmiri chilli powder: 1 tsp *Black pepper powder: 1 tsp *Asoefitida powder: 1/4 tsp *Salt: for taste *Cumin: 1 tbsp crushed *Dry red chillies: 3 *Mustard seeds: 1 tsp *Curry leaves: 1 sprig *Vegetable oil: 4 tbsp PREPARATION: *Pressure cook green Moong and tuvar dal with salt and 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder. *Finely chop the spinach leaves. *Heat oil in a wok, add onions and saute till they turn transparent. *Add the chopped baby spinach and saute on medium flame. *Add turmeric powder and black pepper powder and toss for 5 mins. *Add in the pressure cooked dal to this and let it cook for 10 mins on medium to low flame. *Check for salt at this stage, add some if required. *Turn the heat off, for seasoning heat a small pan, add oil. *Add mustard seeds, let it splutter. One low calorie, tikka masala. I put how I made the tandoori chicken on my last post I believe?! I made the curry by using @frylighthq on two onions, inch piece ginger grated, two cloves garlic crushed, then added one of my tikka sachets and cooked the spices out. Added 2/3 of a carton of passata and two chicken breasts diced, 1/2 tsp salt as my spices don't contain any 😁 and 4 tablespoons of fat free yoghurt and simmered until cooked. My Beef & Broccoli Recipe #quickrecipesweek Ingredients: Cubed Pepper Steak 1 1/2 Cups Chopped Fresh Broccoli Florets 1 Teaspoon Fresh Crushed Garlic 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil 2 Teaspoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce Variation ideas- you can add stevia if you like it sweet, red chili flakes if you like the heat, red peppers and sugar snap peas if you'd like other veggies. Method: Brown pepper steak and broccoli with some olive oil in a non stick saute' pan for 3-4 minutes. Add the fresh crushed garlic and soy sauce. Stir and cook for another 6-7 minutes or until it as all completely cooked through. This refrigerates and freezes well to serve at another time. Cumi sotong pedas asam manis ala gw... #cookingwithdidie . Bahan: Cumi sotong besar 1 ekor sekitar 600 gram Minyak Zaitun untuk menumis . Bumbu iris: Bawang bombai 1 siung Bwang putih satuan yg besar 2 siung Cabe merah besar 2 biji Cabe rawit besar 5 biji Tomat 1 buah . Bumbu saos: Saos tiram Saos sambal botolan Saos sriracha Kecap manis Kecap asin Garam dan gula secukupnya Lada putih bubuk 1/2 sdt Perasan jeruk nipis or lemon 1 sdm . Cara membuat: Rebus sebentar sotong yg sudah dicuci dan dipotong-potong. Panaskan minyak lalu tumis bumbu iris.
