TRUTH TIME 💖🙌 . I have always been that person who was never particularly healthy or fit & thought 3 days of eating healthy would make me slimmer 🙈 I never liked excercise, sweating, veggies, fruit & loved drinking 4 times a week, living off sandwiches & biscuits 😂🙈 . But since I started changing my life style about 15 months ago I've never felt better.. I started slowly by changing little bits like not gorging myself on a takeaway until I felt sick 🙈 but eating only until I was full and adding more fruit & veg to my meals .. slowly I introduced excercise 🙌 Slowly but surely I noticed a change in my body & mind ! I'm less tired, less bloated, have less mood swings, I can actually run around with my bubba without being out of breath👌 and just so much healthier 😍🍏 . It was only just over 4 months ago that I introduced herbalife shakes to my breakfast routine as normally I'd have a mound of buttery toast smothered in peanut butter 🥜 And I've got to say them taste bloody amazing & are so quick & easy to make especially with little one running around 😍 And yes I do eat ! 2 snacks & 2 meals a day as well😍 . Soo if I can make my lifestyle better for myself & my family (the girl who hated everything healthy) .. anyone can.. Discipline. It's a gradual process, and does not happen overnight. The more consistently you invest in yourself, the more disciplined you become. Investing in my health was and is the best and most positive component in my life. Discipline is freedom......Life just becomes easier and more enjoyable. Problems don't seem as big as they used to. I sat in a chair today at work for literally 8 hours. This is not a normal day. My allergies really sucked today, and everything was tight from sitting. I knew that if I just trained after work, I would feel better. I did. That's it. Those little things you don't feel like doing, but you do them anyway because you know it leads somewhere good. Final set of bench tonight, . . 245x6. . . Not totally easy, but a big improvement from last week! . . Plus I was reunited with my favorite toy, the slingshot. . . Slingshots mimic natural muscle movement by lengthening and shortening with the muscles providing support on the eccentric and concentric phase of a bench press. . . This greatly reduces stress on the users shoulders, elbows, and chest, especially towards the bottom where people tend to struggle the most. . . I sure as well wasn’t planning on hitting this tonight, but damn glad I did and can’t wait to see what else is coming!

I’ll tell you what it means to me....I have 4 kids. I work a full time job with free food always thrown in my face. I come home late at night tired. I rather sleep. I rather just not give a shit about anything and binge eat. _ Eating sweets and junk food buying fast food is always easier than meal prepping. I have a sweet tooth. There’s times I’m so stressed my kids and my job is driving me nuts I want to drink. I want to go and party and get shit faced and forget all my problems. I sleep in too long my back hurts. I stay on my feet for too long my back hurts. I’m hard on myself. At times I feel like I’m not good enough. I compare myself to the beautiful ladies I have as friends and the ones I see at the gym. She doesn’t have stretch marks. She doesn’t have saggy skin like me. Her smile is beautiful. My list can go on and on. _ One thing I do have is -STRENGTH! The strength to overcome everything. The strength to still get the fuck up on a night I barely got any sleep and still eat good. To get the fuck up and still go to the gym. To get over how I feel and take it out on the weights. I’m hard on myself because I’m my only hype man! I hype myself up and talk shit to myself to push myself harder. I expect nothing but greatness out of myself. I made 4 beautiful girls! I fucking work over 40hrs a week! I wake up early to get a 6 mile walk. Who will have your back when no one else does? Only you! _ You should be your own motivation. I believe we all are fucking great in our own ways. You don’t have to be the hottest person or the fittest person. No one was born that way. Pizza, wings, and salad. I bought the @gourmia air fryer that @lowcarbllama picked up at @costco. The wings cooked perfectly! I baked the @realgoodfoods mini pizzas (found at Walmart) then finished them in the air fryer as well. We paired them with a salad for a perfect dinner. Who said Keto has to be difficult??

When I first started my journey, it was HARD. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It was HARD to make it through a 25 minute workout because I had let myself fall SOOOO off track. It was HARD to wake up a little earlier when I was working multiple jobs, and going to grad school full time. It was HARD to choose to FUEL my body with what it needed, versus what I craved. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But you know what else was hard? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Getting pictures back from my FIRST photo session with Travis and crying about how I looked, too embarrassed to post them on Facebook, was HARD. Waking up every morning and putting on clothes just to take them right back off and throw them into a pile because they didn’t fit anymore, was HARD. FIGHTING endlessly with Travis because my confidence plummeted and I didn’t understand why he loved me anymore, was HARD. ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The bottom line is that you have to decide which HARD you are WILLING to choose and live with. Which HARD is how you want to spend the rest of your life?

Just finished a "happy little workout" 😂 🌲 I took a couple of days off for rest and I'm so glad I did. Came back stronger than before and was able to push myself to go further!
