Yesterday was Shoulders Day and I did some Kettlebell Swings in addition to some other moves to work my shoulders. . Kettlebell Swings are such a great workout because they work the entire body! . Not only does this move challenge your core, glutes, hamstrings, calves, back and shoulder muscles but it raises your heart rate! So you’re building muscle while also doing cardio. . In other words, the move is both anaerobic (strength building) and aerobic (with oxygen for cardio) . First a three hour delay. Then a canceled flight. Now - we wait. .. #skellafun fact #9 or something like that -> I’m late for everything I do lol. It’s in my blood. Today we arrived at the airport 4 hours early and this is what happened. Lolol. Rest day. Been commuting again to another all day meeting. Made my smoothie and high protein lunch last night. I always take my own food even though I know there is always a sandwich platter type lunch provided. I cannot eat it can I? I have to stay on Plan ! Today I noticed that the M&S mini roll packets had bar codes, as did the sarnies , the crisps, the mini sausage rolls.... I grabbed the opportunity to use MFP, scanned my choices , enjoyed a packet of crisps , a mini sausage roll and 4 mini rolls , no guilt, pure pleasure 👍. Calories and macros tracked, I used to consider this a ball ache. It’s taken me 4 months to get to this point post BC. My mind just wasn’t open to it. Decided to do a 4:40am wake up on my last day to get one more workout in with my accountabilibuddy!. .. Today wasn’t a dance party or fun between sets. Habits form by consistently doing some act over time. Morning scripture reading has become a habit I started forming several years ago. I’m not a morning person so getting up earlier than the kids while the house is still quiet brings a peace to me. It gives me time to wake up and gets me in a positive state of mind to begin my day. Then I normally get my workout in because I have also gotten in the habit of physically taking care of my body. Do I always feel like working out???? No, but I have realized that when I do, I feel so much better...physically and emotionally. We sometimes have to get out of our own heads and replace those bad habits of hitting the snooze button, turning to junk food or alcohol when feeling stressed or anxious, withdrawing, etc. and replacing them with activities that will help bring the positives in our lives. We only have one life to live....so why not live it to the best of our abilities? I’m looking for you to join my group👉 who’s ready👇🙌

How awesome is it. That I can sit on my bed on my day off and work a business from my phone! How lucky am I to have this opportunity to not only help other people achieve their goal AND work on my own goals right beside them! And guess what. As @daniellenatoni said... This is not hard!
