|| PANCAKES || - - Food post 🚨!! Not my usual post and sadly not beautiful photos, but SO many requests for the pancake recipe I made for my boys this morning! Say pancakes to kids and they are IN, but these are not as they know it, but even better and full of goodness. - - These are not just for kids either, we eat these as a family and all benefit, saves making endless meals to suit everyone in the family. Just one bowl and you are away. Kids can cook them too as they are so easy to flip! - - Feeds family of 4 over 2 days!! Keep in the fridge. - 1 cup GF self raising flour (I use Doves Organic) 1 cup blitzed oats (oat flour) 1 cup vega protein- vanilla flavour 1/2 raw cacao 1 Tbs baking powder 2 tablespoons flax or blitzed mixed seeds 1 teaspoon macca (optional) - Combine all dry ingredients then add: - 500ml oat (or nut mylk) whizzed up with a big handful of spinach leaves and a generous amount of cinnamon & vanilla paste. - Mix into thick paste. Loosen with extra mylk but should be thick so you scrape the mix off the spoon. - Fry in a non stick pan. - Luxury option!! Generous helping of cacao liquor drops for that extra oozing chocolate melting effect!! - Play around with your ingredients as long as you add the baking powder they will be light and fluffy! - Serve with banana, berries, compot (made with blueberries, maple and chai! OATS COOKIES WITHOUT EGGS AND FLOUR INGREDIENTS ⠀ • 1,5 Cup Oats (¢40) • 3 Bananas (¢60) METHOD 1. Preheat your oven to 300°F. 2. Peel and thoroughly mash the bananas. 3. Add oats and stir until everything is combined. 4. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes. 5. When cookies are done, just let them cool down and enjoy! NOTES ⠀ • Try adding some of your favorite nuts and dried fruits. I also like to add cinnamon too. • Oats cookies are the best for breakfast and just like a snack. • Let me know if you like my recipe🥰 ⠀ ⠀ 🍪ОВСЯНОЕ ПЕЧЕНЬЕ🍪 ⠀ Ингредиенты ⠀ • 1,5 стакана - Овсяных Хлопьев (₽5) • 3 Спелых Банана (₽30) Приготовление 1. Wczoraj gotowaliśmy do późna żeby dzisiaj rano wsiąść do auta z dziećmi i pojechać do pradziadków. To tylko 50km ale z dwójką maluchów to prawdziwa wyprawa 😅 Przygotowaliśmy z okazji Dnia Babci i Dziadka torcik czekoladowy. Ciasto upiekłam z przepisu na piernik pomidorowy @jadlonomia z lekkimi modyfikacjami. Olej zastąpiłam dodatkowym bananem i łyżką masła orzechowego, połowę mąki mąką pełnoziarnistą, cukier ksylitolem. Dałam 2 łyżki kakao zamiast jednej i pół posiekanej czekolady. Przyprawę do piernika pominęłam. 😀 Zmiany przypłaciłam tym, że nie wyszło takie pulchne jak oryginalne i po upieczeniu lekko odpadło. Mam porównanie bo to moje kolejne podejście do tego przepisu, który bardzo lubię :) Na święta robiłam ten piernik trzymając się bardziej 😜 przepisu (mniej tłuszczu dałam) i był super 👍 A ta masa? To mój hit. Jest łatwa w przygotowaniu, zawsze się udaje i jest pyszna. Przepis w komentarzu ;) Poza ciastem zrobiliśmy dla dziadków obiad. Było troszkę mniej zdrowo i bardziej rozpustnie - kluski śląskie (unikam ze względu na wysoki indeks glikemiczny) z sosem i pasztetem z soczewicy z śliwką (znowu niezawodna @jadlonomia) 😍. Do sosu dodałam odrobinę mleka kokosowego a do pasztetu zamiast oleju zmielone orzechy laskowe. Foty nie zrobiłam w tym zamieszaniu 😢

Revuelto de tofu firme con salchichas de #seitan Lo mejorde los domingos es que puedes desayunar tarde, mucho y en la cama 😊 Este revuelto es muy fácil de hacer y queda genial. Se saltean las salchichas en rodajas y el tofu firme a fuego fuerte, cuando estén doradas se añade un poco de leche vegetal (yo uso de almendras sin azúcar) para el dar color al revuelto uso cúrcuma y una pizca de #raselhanout y para darle la textura típica del huevo poco hecho añado queso vegano rallado. No hace falta que sea un #mozzarella, sirve cualquiera blandito que tengáis en la nevera. Chup, chup unos minutos y cuando paséis la cuchara por el centro de la sartén y tarde en volver a unirse ya está listo. Ah! Y una pizca de sal negra al servir. Lemon drizzle cupcakes! #lowwaste baking for #zerowaste snacks for the week ahead. Vegan baking, and I am so impressed with the rise on them!!! (If I do say so myself). Such a simple recipe •50ml vegetable oil •140g self raising flour •100g golden sugar •Zest of 1 lemon - juice of half •85ml cold water •half tsp baking powder. 1. Sieve the flour/sugar/baking powder in to a bowl. 2. Pour in the lemon juice and zest. 3. In a jug mix water & oil together. 4. Slowly fold in the water/oil mixture to the flour. 5. Spoon into cases - 12mins 170’ oven. Once cooled make icing with icing sugar - lemon juice + zest. YOU GUYS. This recipe is incredible! Alfredo was one of my favorite meals so it didn’t take long for me to whip up a vegan version. If you are in need of a pasta dish without the guilt and bloated feeling from dairy pasta dishes.. this is it! Alfredo Sauce ▪️1 white onion ▪️5 large garlic cloves ▪️1/2 cup vegetable broth ▪️1/2 cup cashew milk ▪️3 Tbs. nutritional yeast ▪️2 Tbs. lemon juice ▪️large handful of raw cashews 1. Chop whole onion and sauté on medium-high until lightly brown 2. Chop garlic and add to the onion 3. Add 1/2 cup of vegetable broth & sauté for additional 5 minutes or until liquid is mostly evaporated 4. Blend the onion and garlic together with the remaining ingredients in a blender. *this recipe is extremely easy to manipulate and substitute ingredients. A lot of recipes call for just cashews but cashews can be pricey. I found it to be equivalent to use mostly cashew milk and smaller amounts of raw cashews to get the same result! Sycące batoniki zainspirowane przepisami @thebigmansworld. Zrobiłam je ze zmielonych płatków owsianych, mąki kokosowej (z wiórków), i mąki migdałowej zagniecionych z łyżką masła orzechowego, ksylitolem, łyżką miodu (można zastąpić syropem klonowym albo innym słodem dla wegańskiej wersji), cynamonem , rodzynkami i mlekiem sojowym do odpowiedniej konsystencji. Nie wymagają pieczenia, jedynie trzeba je schłodzić w lodówce przed krojeniem. Quando devi togliere degli alimenti dalla tua dieta, il tuo cervello si ingegna. Ebbene si, per un po' niente glutine, niente latte/latticini, niente lievito e niente uova. Di cosa ti nutri allora? Direte voi. Ci sono davvero tante alternative, credetemi. Rispondo io. Oggi per il Mercoledì del fornetto, ad esempio, l'ingrediente principale è il cacao.
