WHAT ARE MACRONUTRIENTS?? ๐Ÿค” Called this way because our intake should be in big quantities. They provide the calories, AKA energy our body needs. They also provide Micronutriens (vitamins and minerals). we'll talk about them in another post. The macros are Protein, Carbs and Fats. Antique Shoppingโ˜€๏ธ Something I really love to do at least once a month is going antique shopping! I love seeing all the displays full of all these wonderful things! I feel like every item has a story and I think itโ€™s so interesting to hear the shop owners explain all about the items and how they came in possession of it, you can honestly learn a lot!
