Jueves con "J" de JEVAS!!🏋️‍♀️💕 Yesenia Pérez González @Crossfit Rincón 🍍. Toda la vida me ha encantado hacer ejercicios y siempre buscaba la manera de sacar un ratito para lograr ejercitarme. La realidad es que practique muchos de ellos como ir al gimnasio, kick boxing, steps, spinning, hasta llegar a comprar varios CD’s de la compañía Beach body como los de Shaun T, Charlene Johnson, P90X, etc. En fin llegaba el momento que me aburría de los mismos y seguía en busca de algo que si me motivara, hasta que un día vi un box de Crossfit al lado de un gimnasio que iba y ahí despertó mi curiosidad. Comencé a buscar información en las redes sociales y ahí fue donde mi interés despertó más aún 😳.Comencé entrenando en uno previo, pero después llegué a Crossfit Rincón. Al principio me sentía un poco insegura ya que llegue sola, pero por lo general así es como comienzo todo ya que a veces uno busca personas para ir a entrenar por miedo de llegar solo y no tienen el mismo entusiasmo o no son igual de consistente que uno. Así que opte por mejor estar sola que mal acompañada. 😜 Llevo ejecutando el Crossfit hace aprox 1 año y 9 meses.Es un box donde siempre recibes la motivación de tus compañeros atletas y esto nunca lo había visto en otro lugar. 😊 Los cambios que he visto en mi cuerpo han sido progresivos 💪🏼 y siempre quieres regresar para ver cómo vas progresando en los ejercicios también. Al principio son un poco fuerte pero a la vez que te das cuenta que antes no podías hacer ciertos ejercicios y ahora si, uno se queda asombrado y quiere ir por más. 🙌🏼 Me encanta, inclusive hoy día me acompaña mi hija también a clases y ella a pesar de que no le gustaba hacer ejercicios también está igual de entusiasmada que yo. 👩‍👧💕Me siento llena de energía, con fuerza, la ropa me queda mejor pero lo primordial es que me ayuda con mi salud emocional 🤩. Es una hora que me dedico y en ese rato me olvido de que existe un mundo allá fuera, el estrés que se vive a diario con la demandas en el trabajo al igual que en el hogar se liberan de una manera inexplicable. Only yogurt, oatmeal, fish, chicken, green vegetables, and 1.5 gallons of water a day has been the game plan for the last two weeks and it's paying off! If I fall short, I cut back on a meal and compensate for it in the gym or at the lakes. The goal is to stay focused and be realistic. This is a lifestyle change. 5 more pounds down so far... Is it easy or hard for you to get to the gym or even workout during the summer? If so what gets you excited to workout? With crazy summer schedules, I have been feeling less motivated to get to the gym which is really weird for me. I love going to the gym normally. Not even a new outfit has helped 😉. If leg day isn't your favorite trust me you are not alone, but here is a quick 4 exercise beginner leg workout you can do to build some size to your legs. For me, my legs are the hardest to grow. My calves haven't grown noticeably in almost 2 years and my quads and hamstrings gained a little bit of size but not much. In my experience it is easy to add strength to your legs, training legs twice a week you can add a lot of weight to your leg exercises but it can become discouraging when you dont really see that size come in. You can have small legs and still squat and deadlift a lot of weight, if you need proof of this check out @maxxchewning on Instagram. He deadlifts deadlifts 600+ lbs. Whether you want to be a competitive powerlifter or a competitive body builder or you just want to look and feel better either way you have to train legs you can skip it or you'll look uneven. • Squats 4×8 • Leg Extensions 4×12 • Leg Curls 4×12 • Calf raises 3× failure

I LOVE CARDIO🤸‍♂️🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️ . “Omg Nicole, you love cardio? You’re crazy. I hate it!” . Hate is such a strong word. I grew up with my parents saying ‘you may strongly dislike something, but you really shouldn’t say hate.’ Honestly...I agree☝️. Because when it comes to cardio, for example, the more I tell myself I hate it, the more miserable I am the entire time I am doing it. . If you have to do something you strongly dislike every day: your job, running, eating broccoli…. why don’t you look for an alternative that you don’t hate instead. Pursue what you enjoy in all areas of your life! Go get that job you want (or make the steps to get it eventually), swim instead of run for exercise and quit eating the damn broccoli if you don’t like it, okay!? There are plenty of other vegetables to choose from. The broccoli isn’t going to give you abs- being at a caloric deficit will. . If you are not in a position to change something that you currently hate, change your mindset about it. It will make you more successful longterm and a much happier person to be around🤗

Air fried glazed chicken thighs with a side of fried cauliflower rice. It was so good I went back for seconds.... I had to put my dirty napkin on top of my plate to stop eating. It was THAT good! The chicken is 3.9 net carbs a serving, the riced cauliflower is about 2net carbs making this a great under 7net carb meal! Não adianta , não insista , não esperneie, ou se revolte , vc não vai convencer o outro lado ,  outra corrente ideológica ,  outra facção - que a sua verdade é a verdade . Tenha certeza que o lado oposto , tem plena convicção que vc está completamente equivocado , no popular - viajando ! Vejo aí , duas ou três  opções de conduta . A mais comum , debater , discutir , bater boca , vociferar .  Obs. Não vai adiantar p. nenhuma . Outra maneira de agir , pode ser relevar , não dar ouvidos , escutar , deletar , ignorar .  Conduta inteligente , pois não vai te alterar , estressar ,  incomodar . Talvez incomode mais o oponente interlocutor . A mais sensata , acredito ser trocar ideias , conversar  e simplesmente respeitar . _  Essa opção em tempos reais e atuais, estou quase convencido que se tornou , uma fantasia , uma utopia , uma raridade . Continue acreditando na sua verdade, e respeitando a do vizinho . Nessa toada flui melhor ,  evita alguns desgastes . Today is a memorable day for me! Not only did my "coach" tank reward come in but I earned my first coach status as an emerald coach. I know most of you have no idea what I am talking about so let me tell you what it means to me.⁣ ⁣ To me it means that me taking care of myself first, has actually led to me helping others begin to take care of themselves. To me it means that by me making changes to my daily habits and sharing that, i have been able to inspire others to also want to make changes to better themselves. To me it means that my dream, of wanting others to feel what i feel and experience what I am experiencing, is coming true! To me it means that the word is spreading and more and more people are realizing that living your best life is totally doable for anyone!⁣ ⁣ The whole reason I decided to become a coach was to share everything with you guys and to inspire you guys the way i have been inspired. One of my favs! With trying to stay balanced, this exercise can help pretty much all the muscles in the lower leg area while still building all the muscles that squatting targets. #stabilityballworkouts 💪🏽

Prior to my lower body (legs) workout today I did some hip mobility work. ⁣ ⁣ -Started off with the Spider-Man Hip Stretch which is an advanced hip flexor stretch. The key here is to maintain core stability throughout. ⁣ ⁣ - Controlled Articular Rotations (CAR’s) are large circular movements at your joints end range of motion.
