Guten Morgen allerseits ☺ Heute stieg ich in wieder in den Trainingsplan ein. Es stand direkt ein #intervalltraining an: 3km einlaufen, 5x600m in je 2:45 bis 2:55 min + 3 min Gehpause und auslaufen 🏃🏻‍♀️ Da das noch nicht anstrengend genug war, habe ich die Einheit gleich nach dem Aufstehen bei 1°C und heftigen Windböen absolviert. Und was soll ich sagen: ich bin super zufrieden 😀 Die Zeitvorgabe konnte ich mühelos einhalten, worüber ich mich echt gefreut habe. So beginnt der Tag doch prima, wenn auch etwas frostig. YAY 😆💪🏼💕 Finallllyyy. I’ve been working on my pull up game for a long time, and today - I was playing around and worked my way up there. I get pull ups are easy for some people, but for the very muscular and dense folks like myself, this is a big deal 🙏🏼 I love that as I get older, I have the time to go after all of my fitness dreams. It’s crazy that at 28, I’m finally becoming the athlete I always dreamed of. I can’t wait for all the years & age group wins up ahead 💁🏼‍♀️

After a day of eating pretty horribly, I at least ended the day with some veggies. These black bean and squash street tacos were so simple and fast to make. Hmm...
