Monday: Ran out of yoghurt 😯 so had to make do with granola, milk and blueberries. Went off shopping in London and forgot to take snacks with me which isn’t a good idea. Had a very late lunch at 4pm at Vital in London. Abdolutely brilliant concept where they make up any kind of salad for you. Choose your own base then add chicken or tuna and 1001 different ingredients and dressings. I had tuna, egg, peas, courgette noodles, quinoa on a rocket base with a sweet chilli and fresh lime dressing 😋. Was ravenous when I got home. So had one of my oat and raisin biscuits when I got in. Hubby cooked me chicken piri piri with roasted tomatoes, courgettes, peas and baby new potatoes. When your 3rm is no longer your 3rm because you do the fundamentals really damn well and you train consistently. Alternating volume and intensity weeks (4x10, 5x3) on main lifts has worked nicely for Sarah over the past few months, pushing to rpe 8/9 by the end of sets both weeks. Always left one or two in the tank and didn't compromise on form. Looking forward to seeing what comes in testing next week 💪
