Another bowl of oats recommended by a gorgeous oatling: grated apple, raisin, cinnamon and nutmeg with peanut butter 😋 It’s a simple recipe: 40g oats, 200ml milk of choice, 1/2 grated apple, 2tbsp raisins, 1tbsp peanut butter, 1tsp cinnamon and 1/2tsp nutmeg mixed together in a saucepan and cooked on a low heat until thickened to how I like it. Very nourishing and very tasty!

It sucks being allergic to Gluten, but the products that are gluten free are actually amazing! When I figured out my sensitivity to gluten, I immediately switched to a gluten free diet. I became much healthier and happier! This oatmeal is probably my favorite gluten free meal! I’ve always loved oatmeal! 225 calories! after a day of turkey and family, today shall be a cleaner and lower calorie day of eating! My husband use to eat the older version of these oatmeal packets with allot more grams of sugar per packet. I did eventualy find these for him with only 4 grams sugar per packet (he has a quick morning meal ,needs to be fast and easy. otherwise he just doesnt eat anything.) so these have been better. BUT i still refuse to eat them so I imitate them as they are pretty tastey. 🍴Receta Santa: Mona de Pascua Fit🍴 •• Ingredientes para 2 monas medianas: 1 huevo 🥚 15 grs de levadura en polvo 10 grs de aceite de oliva 5 grs de Stevia 50ml de leche 🐄 150-175 grs de harina de avena 5-6 gotitas de saborizante (nosotros usamos los Yummy Drops de @prozisespana ) → Para decorar: 1 huevo batido 🥚 2 huevos cocidos 🥚🥚 1 onza de chocolate puro 🍫 Anisitos de colores 🍬 Canela •• Proceso: 1️⃣ Calentamos la leche sin que hierva y la mezclamos con la levadura hasta que quede sin grumos. 2️⃣ Batimos los huevos en un recipiente con el edulcorante y poco a poco añadimos la leche con la levadura. 3️⃣ Vamos añadiendo harina poco a poco hasta que la masa no se pegue. 4️⃣ Dejamos reposar 2h y media en un bol con un trapo húmedo por encima. 5️⃣ Dividimos la masa en dos porciones y le damos la forma que queramos. 6️⃣ Dejamos reposar la forma de 45 min a 1h. ⏱ 7️⃣ Ponemos el huevo cocido encima de la mona (nosotros lo pusimos después de hornearlas) y le pasamos un pincel con huevo batido a todo. 8️⃣ Metemos en el horno (previamente calentado) a 180° durante 12 minutos ⏲ y probamos que esté hecha. 9️⃣ Decoramos al gusto, dejamos que se enfríe unos minutos ⏳ y a disfrutar de una Pascua Fit! 😋 •• #instafit #picoftheday #swipeleft #pascua #recipe #receta #fitspiration #diet #easter #eggs #ingredientes #fitness #monadepascua #fitlife #mofit #cooking #kitchen #cocinando #oatmeal #enjoy

Mein Verhältnis zu Zucker hat sich sensibilisiert, ich schaue mir die Nährwerttabellen auf Lebensmitteln an und kaufe bewusster ein. Es gab auch mal andere Zeiten in meinem Leben, Zeiten, in denen ich zu viel gewogen habe, weil ich mich hauptsächlich von Cornflakes, Toasts mit Marmelade, sauren Pommes, Kauschnüren und Keksen mit Schokoladenfüllung und literweise Apfelsaft ernährt habe. Was damals passiert ist und warum ich zu dick war (ein Foto aus dieser Zeit zeige ich euch heute in meinen Stories), habe ich heute auf dem Blog beschrieben. Außerdem gebe ich euch einige persönliche Tipps zum bewussten Umgang mit Zucker und teile mit euch ein zuckerbewusstes Rezept für Carrot Cake Oats - also Haferflocken mit Möhren. SALTED CARAMEL PROATS This was without a doubt the best thing I’ve had in my mouth for a long time 🤤 - Oats and chia seeds with chocolate @myproteinuk, topped with @clarks_it caramel sauce, @grahamsthefamilydairy salted caramel ice-cream and 2 @galaxyuk salted caramel bars. - When I grow up I want to be more BEET like @ash.hine_96 @lifty_ifti_desserts @macro_meg @iifymitch @macro.fit @macro_dave1980 and @mja.food.fitness but until then I used 533 of today’s poverty calorie allowance on this bowl and it fuelled a pretty epic powerlifting sesh. Roll on the day I can make a 700-800cal bowl of proats 😍😂 - Swipe left for a pretty sexual melt video, and the macros.

Trying to keep this in mind🙏🏽 not going to lie i do feel guilty after haven eaten more than i would normally do for this hour... i know i didnt "over eat" because my stomach is not uncomfortably full, its just full and satisfied. However, it feels like too much and my mind is already thinking about skipping dinner later or having a bit but earlier so my "fasting window" can be bigger... bullshit😶💩... I will have dinner when my parents have dinner, I will probably eat less than normal because I won't be as hungry. But I WONT skip dinner because that will only make me ravenous hungry later/ pro to binge and giving the victory to the ED.
