Soy Nuts (P), Frozen Corn (V), Mushrooms and Tomatos (S), Flaxseed (Ft) in portion. Prepare corn in a dry skillet with mushrooms, season with rice vineger and a dash of Bragg's Aminos; cook off most of the liquid and place in mixing bowl. Slice fresh tomatos and add to mixing bowl with soy nuts. Mix and serve. Real crunchy with those soy nuts, beware, but sometimes its all about the crunch, eh? Note: Add flasxseend before serving, I almost made a mistake and forgot to add it so I had a "flaxseed milk" shot right after I finished my plate (2 T of flaxseed mixed in a glass of cold water...HAH). #brightlineeating #wfpbno #wfpb #vegan #oneplate #dinner
