MARQUE SEU AMIGOS QUE TEM DUVIDAS NOS COMENTARIOS! Uma das duvidas mais frequentes nas academias: Stiff e Good Morning(Bom dia) são iguais? Vamos tentar tirar um pouquinho dessa duvida de uma forma resumida. A principio os dois são otimos exercícios para gluteos e isquitibiais(posteriores de coxa), a diferença está, como todos devem ter percebido, a loalização da carga. O braço do momento de resistência, que nada mais é que a distancia do ponto onde foi aplicada a carga para o eixo onde sera realizado o movimento,que seria a articulação do quadril. A diferença tambem está na musculatura secundaria a ser utilizada. STIFF: - O braço do momento de resistência está mais proximo do eixo e acabamos utilizando menas força devido aos musculos secundarios que auxiliam. Os musculos secundarios seriam o DElTOIDES E O BRAÇO POR COMPLETO. GOOD MORNING(BOM DIA): -Como a carga está localizada na região cervical, a amplitude do movimento é maior e a gravidade acaba fazendo co que seja realizada uma força maior e toda a estabilização estão nas musculaturas secundarias, que são: CORE (abdomen e Lombar).
