How to build big Glutes - Firstly, you have to understand that everyone’s hip structure and glutes are built differently. This is a body part that holds a lot of fat and everyone’s hips are aligned differently. That’s why it’s so important to try a multitude of exercise to really hone in on what works well for you. . Hip Thrusts are one of my favourites. I’ve found it works incredibly well with most people. This is due to the fact you’re in a closed circuit and can really extend and squeeze the glutes at the end of the positive part of the motion. . The other important method for getting a big booty is using progressive overload. In basic terms, you need to make sure either the reps or weight go up every single week. Every single muscle you work in the gym needs to be stressed to the point it has to adapt to grow bigger and stronger, the glutes are no exception and as it’s such a big muscle you need to make sure you are growing stronger every single week.
